Youbet.com, the online betting company, said Tuesday it had reached an agreement with the U.S. attorney in Las Vegas in which Youbet will not be charged with a crime if it continues to cooperate with an investigation into the activities of customers of the company's now-closed offshore affiliate, International Racing Group.
