The single session sold 55 horses for a gross of about $553,014, resulting in an average price of approximately $10,054. . . . Walmac Farm, which stands first-year stallion Ecclesiastic, a son of Pulpit, at Reigle Heir Farm in Grantville, Pa., will reimburse breeders who ship their mares to visit him. Ecclesiastic stands for $5,000, or $4,000 for registered Pennsylvania-breds, and Walmac will offer a stud-fee discount of up to $1,500 to cover round-trip mare shipping fees.
