Surprise Halo, a 9-year-old gelding, will make his 70th and final start at the San Mateo County Fair on Thursday. Surprise Halo, with a record of 14-14-12 in his 69 races, will become a dressage horse, said his trainer, Dennis Ward. . . . Frank Stronach's Adena Springs Kentucky farm has completed its move from Woodford County to Bourbon County. The farm said Tuesday that it moved its 10 stallions to the new farm near Paris, Ky., on July 31, and the staff followed on Aug. 3.
