The Fasig-Tipton sales company will hold just one under-tack preview, rather than two, for its 2008 select 2-year-old sale at Calder Race Course in Miami, with the sale set for Tuesday, March 4, and the under-tack show on Friday, Feb. 29. Fasig-Tipton's president, Walt Robertson, said the new schedule is designed to give both buyers and sellers fewer days away from their home bases. . . . Starlight Stables principals Jack and Laurie Wolf and Donald and Barbara Lucarelli are seeking a limited number of investors for a partnership to own yearlings the stable purchased at this summer's yearling sales, including nine agent Barry Berkelhammer bought for Starlight at the recent Fasig-Tipton Kentucky July auction.
