Bob Bork has been elected president of the Thoroughbred Racing Associations. He is a past secretary of the organization and the current president of Sam Houston Race Park in Houston. . . . Thomas Aronson, a former racing consultant and executive with Television Games Network, has joined Churchill Downs Inc. as a senior vice president. Aronson was hired in February, and will be responsible for "new product development," according to Julie Koenig Loignon, a spokeswoman for Churchill. . . .
