Whos Bluffing, a 7-year-old gelding who tied a track record and then broke it five months later, has been named Penn National Race Courses horse of the year for 2006. Trained by Tim Kraiser, Whos Bluffing tied the track record for six furlongs with a 5 1/2-length win in 1:08.85 on Jan. 4, then ran the fastest six furlongs in Penn Nationals history, 1:08.77, on May 30. . . . Jockey Hector Rosario Jr. recorded the 1,000th victory of his career Sunday, guiding Crimson Dancer to a one-length score in the fourth race at Turfway Park. Rosario, 25, was a finalist for the 2001 Eclipse Award for top apprentice.
