The Pennsylvania Thoroughbred Horsemen's Association, an organization representing owners and trainers at Philadelphia Park, has endorsed legislation to allow slot machines at Pennsylvania's four racetracks. According to the group, the most appealing aspect of the bill to horsemen is a provision that would split 70 percent of the revenue generated by the slots equally between the track owner and horsemen.
