Ken Filacchione, a writer and handicapper whose work ran under the name Ken Fila, was killed by a hit-and-run driver in New York City on Saturday night. Filacchione, 62, is survived by his wife, Laura, and two sons. . . . Trust N Luck, a Grade 1 winner who stood for three seasons at Vinery in Kentucky, will move to Vinery's Florida division for 2007.
