Jockey Tracy Hebert fractured one of his ribs as the result of a paddock accident Sunday at Louisiana Downs, said his agent, Tony Martin. Hebert, who is expected to be out for at least a week, was kicked by his mount when he was mounting up for the seventh race. . . . Thistledown has named Brent Reitz, its director of marketing, to the additional post of assistant general manager to oversee the track's day-to-day operations when Bill Murphy, vice president and GM of Thistledown, is at Gulfstream Park, where he holds the same titles. Both tracks are owned by Magna Entertainment Crop.
