Eclipse Awards to have three hosts
Three of racing’s most prominent on-air television personalities will co-host this year’s Eclipse Award ceremony, scheduled for Jan. 23 at Gulfstream Park in Hallandale, Fla., the organizers of the ceremony announced on Tuesday.
Acacia Courtney, Britney Eurton, and Gabby Gaudet will co-host the event, the first time that the ceremony has featured three co-hosts. All three have extensive experience as television reporters or analysts.
Courtney works as a paddock reporter, handicapper, and assistant producer at Gulfstream, which is owned by The Stronach Group, a sponsor of the Eclipse Awards ceremony. She was also part of the broadcast team last year for Saratoga Live, a handicapping show at Saratoga Race Course.

Eurton, the daughter of a trainer, has worked as a reporter for TVG since 2014, and she has also worked as a reporter for NBC Sports since 2017. Her current duties include reporting for all of the major racing events televised by NBC, including the three races of the Triple Crown, the Breeders’ Cup, and the Royal Ascot meeting in England.
Gaudet has worked as a paddock analyst in Maryland, her home state, and in New York. In 2019, she joined TVG full time and currently anchors the paddock coverage at Gulfstream, Keeneland, and Churchill Downs.
Both Eurton and Gaudet will also be honored during the Eclipse Award ceremony for their roles in the Eclipse Award-winning coverage provided by TVG of last year’s Pacific Classic at Del Mar.
