DRF's Horse Racing Playbook for Wednesday, November 25, 2020

Daily Racing Form has served as the most trusted source of news and information about the sport since 1894, and moving forward we have decided to provide a free daily playbook – something that both hardcore horseplayers and casual observers can reference to get informed of each day’s action.
1:33 GPW 3rd HARD GAME (#5, 12-1) adds blinkers, switches to grass off the claim, trained well on main track with the shades last weekend. Kin to G3 turf winner Home Run Kitten eligible for big improvement off very dull bow. -Mike Welsch |Get PPs for this race
1:52 TAM 4th WILD WIGGLIN JACK (#11, 8-1) may be the right value play on the drop from open $8,000 claimers into a restricted race for $5,000, especially if he can catch a dry strip, as sloppy tracks provide a convenient excuse for two of his three recent losses; he has no clear excuse for the other defeat, two back, but it was his second start off the layoff, and also against better, and he has room to improve back on his favorite track. -Kenny Peck |Get PPs for this race
2:22 TAM 5th CAN'T TRUMP KITTEN (#6, 4-1) was off the board when last seen but he posted the best Beyer of his career, with his figures improving with each start of 2020; will be looking to come from off the pace but there does seem to be ample speed in this field to set him up for a late run. -Kenny Peck |Get PPs for this race
2:31 GPW 5th LA INCONDICIONAL (#6, 7-2) back to favorite surface off much needed sprint out on the main. Held own with open company this summer and well spotted considering the conditions of the race. Barn in midst of very strong meet. -Mike Welsch |Get PPs for this race
3:54 TAM 8th EXPENSIVE STYLE (#4, 4-1) was off the board in his most recent try, at this same distance, but he made a solid mid-race bid after a slow start before he flattened out in the late stages; sprint Beyers are steady and good enough to win this if he can run to them in his first start since July, which doesn't seem like a lot to ask given the strong effort earlier this year off a similar freshening. -Kenny Peck |Get PPs for this race
4:24 TAM 9th SKOL CHANT (#7, 4-1) was never a threat in her first start vs. winners but that was a much better field than what she meets here, and she was further off the pace there than she probably prefers; she was a game winner two back to graduate at Delaware Park and she'll be tough in this nightcap if she's able to run back to that effort. -Kenny Peck |Get PPs for this race
4:30 GPW 9th HAY DAKOTA (#3, 2-1) is a DRF Best Bet (Mike Welsch). |Get PPs for this race
5:00 GPW 10th GUN OF GLORY (#8, 3-1) comes off best yet on turf two back, tossing last over the main on stretch to nine furlongs. Shaky call in yet another wide open turf finale. -Mike Welsch |Get PPs for this race
