Daily Racing Form has served as the most trusted source of news and information about the sport since 1894, and moving forward we have decided to provide a free daily playbook – something that both hardcore horseplayers and casual observers can reference to get informed of each day’s action. 1:00 BEL 1st ELEGANT ZIP (#1, 6-1) has made her last two starts going 5.5 furlongs vs. better fields for this level and she was right there in contention into deep stretch before getting outfinished; route on turf for the first time with tactical speed from an inside draw. -Mike Beer 2:15 WO 1st SOEXOTIC (#1, 7-2) is a DRF Best Bet (Ron Gierkink). 2:50 GP 6th IRISH PAUL (#7, 5-1) showed talent here a few months ago. He was claimed for $16K off a 3rd here July 19 and while it's a bit worrisome he hasn't run since it's most encouraging he returns up in price. Velazquez does well off the claim and this 3yo has worked smartly of late. His lone sib is full-sis Irish Paulina (28-5-4-4, $81K). -Michael Hammersly :: Want to get your Past Performances for free? He's worked quickly on occasion and goes with blinkers and Lasix. -Ron Gierkink 3:22 GP 7th BROOKES ALL MINE (#13, 9-2), an MTO, gets the call if this comes off. The 7yo continues her super form (6 straight top-2 finishes). She was claimed for the 4th straight time when last seen April 19 and while that layoff off the claim is worrisome it's most encouraging she returns up in price. -Michael Hammersly 3:36 BEL 6th CARAMOCHA (#1, 15-1) a $100k purchase by a sire who wins with 14% of his juvenile first time starters, and out of a winning sister to multiple Grade 1 winner Artemis Agrotera; Friedman doesn't have much of a recent history with horses like this - 0-20 with firsters over the past five years, almost all at big prices - but he does a good job overall and this filly appears to be training forwardly into this. -Mike Beer 3:54 WO 4th SYSTEMIC RISK (#2, 4-1) posted mixed results against N1X opposition in her four starts at the meet, including a prominent third in a five-furlong inner turf dash. She could be the dominant speed in this NW3 OS/$40K tilt on the inner course. -Ron Gierkink :: Click to learn about our DRF's Free Past Performance program. 5:46 BEL 10th LEMONCELLA (#1, 20-1) made her first two starts on turf without factoring but may be more suited to these conditions being a sister to a pair of multiple dirt winners from a dam who also went 0-2 on turf to begin her career, before breaking her maiden first time on dirt and then going on to place in the Grade 3 Victory Ride; class drop helps for Gullo, who has won with his first two starters at the meet. -Mike Beer 6:00 WO 8th L'AMOUR TOUJOURS (#3, 6-1) struggled in both of her maiden special races at the meet, but she could wake up here for $25K with blinkers off. Her trainer was an impressive 5 for 10 with droppers to maiden-claiming company over the past five years ($8.90 ROI). -Ron Gierkink 8:35 RP 2nd TIZTRUCULENT (#2, 5-1) was second in his career debut last out and is bred to appreciate the bit of added ground he picks up here as a son of Tiznow and a mare by Lemon Drop Kid. -Mary Rampellini 9:03 RP 3rd CRAZY LEGS HIRSCH (#2, 3-1) closed from 12th to miss by a half-length last out and now makes his two-turn debut - a trip for which he gets good pedigree support. -Mary Rampellini 9:31 RP 4th HIGH CLASS EURO (#5, 10-1) is back in the Oklahoma-bred ranks after a strong third against open foes at this distance at Remington. -Mary Rampellini 10:27 RP 6th GRACELY (#9, 4-1) should be sharp for the move back to two turns off the five-eighths start last time that served as her first race in two months. -Mary Rampellini :: Start earning weekly cashback on your wagering today.
