1:25 WO 2nd HOLLYWOOD RING (#8, 6-1) had wide trips in each of her last two outings, going five-wide on the first turn most recently before fading from a three-wide position on the far bend. She's cutting back in distance to compete in a sprint for the first time since her debut, and could make the grade with blinkers on. -Ron Gierkink | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
1:48 LRL 3rd BALTIMORE BUD (#8, 5-1) was ridden very aggressively last time. Battled 4 to 1 shot We're From Bristol (finished sixth) from the outside, soon opened up a long lead and understandably tired. The runner-up from that race returned to graduate at this level with a 47 Beyer. Freshened for this, he should be close to the pace and figures to offer some value for low-profile connections. -Dan Illman | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
1:55 WO 3rd TIZ MY RIGHT (#7, 10-1) could only manage third last time in the mud at Fort Erie. She had a three-wide trip over an inside-biased track here the time before when a flat fifth for $10K on the Tapeta, and doesn't have much to beat in this rock bottom $5K conditioned event. -Ron Gierkink | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
2:20 LRL 4th HASHTAG LUCKY (#7, 8-1) might find this race tougher from a pace and class standpoint after wiring a weak field of "two-life" claimers, but she's won the last two times she made the lead and is capable of grabbing the early advantage. Broke sharp last time, set an easy pace, shrugged off the turn challenge of favored Saratoga invader Thief of Hearts and was on her way. -Dan Illman | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
2:26 BEL 4th LOST A LEGEND (#4, 4-1) stays put off claim exiting sharp and improved effort last time and with near bullet drill to recommend chances for new connections. -Mike Welsch | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
3:24 LRL 6th Searching for a price with GATOR FIFTY TWO (#11, 8-1), who came with a solid run to finish second behind favored Natty Beau earlier in the month. Bumped lightly leaving the gate, he tracked in the three path, dove inside the winner in upper stretch and was second best. Isn't the most dependable sort with a 2 for 49 record, but he's hit the board in three of his last four starts and has done well at this shorter distance. -Dan Illman | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
3:40 KEE 6th Connections haven't risked FIELDSTONE (#7, 8-1) for a tag since he won a maiden race six starts ago and here try an equipment change (blinkers off), all of which suggests they value this 3yo and still think he can improve. Freshened since late August with four interim works and suspect we could see the best he has to offer in this start. -Marcus Hersh | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
4:05 WO 7th SEAMIALAUGH (#6, 6-1) is a DRF Best Bet (Ron Gierkink). | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
4:12 KEE 7th Blinkers, no blinkers, Lasix, no Lasix, turf, dirt -- they keep tinkering with FLAP JACK (#3, 10-1) trying to unlock him. Think connection are correct that there's more to find, and off the little freshening and encouraging work pattern, hoping they put him right on the lead in this wide-open 7f allowance race with a $62.5K claiming option. -Marcus Hersh | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
4:34 GP 8th HEALS THE SOUL (#9, 5-2) is a DRF Best Bet (Mike Welsch). | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
4:37 WO 8th POUND GREEN (#7, 6-1) can handle either surface when he's on his game. He's coming off a slow-starting sixth behind two next-out winners over seven furlongs at this level on the grass. A one-turn mile is an appropriate trip for him, and the addition of Gallardo can't hurt. -Ron Gierkink | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
4:52 BEL 9th MASTEROF THE TUNES (#9, 15-1) rated back from the start and got caught wide when finishing behind a few of these same rivals last time; tough trip two back when wide again, and that was a day when the inside was the place to be over the inner turf at Saratoga; contender at a fair price with the right trip. -Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
5:16 KEE 9th SWAP SHOP (#9, 6-1) ran flat two back but his other two starts came with trouble and his even, relatively solid runs in those sprints hint at a horse who might enjoy rallying into a strong pace in this two-turn mile. -Marcus Hersh | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
