DRF's Horse Racing Playbook for Thursday, November 4, 2021

Daily Racing Form has served as the most trusted source of news and information about the sport since 1894, and moving forward we have decided to provide a free daily playbook – something that both hardcore horseplayers and casual observers can reference to get informed of each day’s action.
12:50 GP 1st GO CRISTIAN (#7, 8-1) did little in his first two starts but got some play in both nonetheless. He pushed the pace last out in two turn debut and that is not where you want to be on this Tapeta surface. Now this gelding cuts back to one turn where he can come from off the pace. Trainer stats are great across the board. -Scott Ehlers | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
1:10 WO 1st VICTORY JET (#7, 8-1) is going on Lasix off a flat fifth at first asking vs. OS/$40K opposition, a race won by the promising Souper Rush. -Ron Gierkink | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
2:20 LRL 5th PAPAL LAW (#7, 10-1) has won twice before moving from sprint to route and stretches out after useful effort against a gate-to-wire winner 13 days ago. Saved ground in midpack, eased out into the stretch, altered course inside the winner late in the game and galloped out well ahead of the field. Last five wins have come around two turns and he might get some pace to attack here. Karamanos departs for Passion Play. -Dan Illman | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
2:45 WO 4th FANCYSOUL (#7, 5-1) blew the break in her last two races, taking the long way home over an inside-biased track when beaten 10 lengths most recently at 7-2. She's halving in price to meet $7.5K maidens after working twice, and should break through if she gets her act together. -Ron Gierkink | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
2:51 LRL 6th FAMILY FORTUNE (#6, 4-1) drops out of an open claimer after attempting to rally into a pace that held together for the most part. Saved ground in midpack, angled off the rail to split horses in midstretch and finished in a blanket place photo behind the odds-on winner. Has the tactical speed to stay close to the pace here. -Dan Illman | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
3:00 GP 5th BAILADOR (#5, 8-1) is by a 14% debut sire (all sire stats are for 2YO's only). His dam (mom) went 10-2-2-2 and earned 123K. Of 5 sibs to race, 3 won with all 3 having beat winners. Two sibs are multiple route winners. Two of three sibs won on the grass. Lots and lots of well spaced works. -Scott Ehlers | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
3:21 WO 5th There's no shortage of speed in this $7.5K seller, and PINO IN A PURSE (#3, 12-1) could sit a good stalking trip along the inside before making a winning move in her second try off a $10K claim. -Ron Gierkink | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
3:23 LRL 7th LANFRANKOPHILE (#1, 9-2) seems a bit green but also looks like a hard-trying sort with some speed. Two back going two turns at Timonium, she was ridden on the backstretch to remain in contact with a pacesetting winner over an inside, speed-friendly track. That favorite got away turning into the short stretch, but Lanfrankophile kept grinding away. -Dan Illman | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
4:02 GP 7th EISWEIN (#1, 9-2) won on the grass going two turns in her debut and nothing is more difficult. She ran OK in her second start but had to ship here in the process. Second time this synth is a plus. A better price than many of these. Surprise package. -Scott Ehlers | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
4:34 GP 8th GRANNY MAKES CENTS (#2, 5-1) was right there with a furlong to go in his debut only to tire some late. Class drop looks like the money run and notice that connections want the synth right back. -Scott Ehlers | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
4:52 WO 8th RELENTLESS RUBY (#11, 10-1) is a DRF Best Bet (Ron Gierkink). | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
8:35 RP 2nd BRODIE BABY (#2, 9-2) is appealing for her experience at two turns. It gives her a nice foundation. -Mary Rampellini | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
9:03 RP 3rd HUSHED (#1, 5-1) has the speed to hold her position from the rail and could be sitting on a peak race in the third start of her form cycle. -Mary Rampellini | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
9:31 RP 4th SHIPMAN'S SONG (#2, 5-1) is appealing as a three-time winner facing some less-experienced foes. WRANGLERED popped a strong Beyer Figure two starts back, when defeating open foes. -Mary Rampellini | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
11:51 RP 9th QUINN ELLA (#2, 6-1) has run well over the local course this meet, winning on the Remington green in September. In her most recent start, she was second in a quality field. -Mary Rampellini | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
