1:18 LRL 5th DONTINVADEMYSPACE (#4, 6-1) tracked the pace from the pocket, eased outside to prompt SUPERSTITIEUX over that speed-friendly Charles Town surface, made a three-wide bid into the short stretch, and got the job done. 1:48 LRL 6th GO SHERRY GO (#1, 8-1) hit the board in her first two, then ran better than it looks in the Maryland Million Lassie. Broke slow, then raced three wide/five path at the back over a track with some moisture on it. Made a three-four wide bid, then finished with mild interest. The third-finisher returned to place in a first-level allowance with a 66 Beyer, then won a $62,500 optional claimer with a 58. 2:19 LRL 7th SUMO (#4, 6-1) appears in career form seeking third straight victory. Worked out a nice trip prompting a reasonable pace while three wide at Delaware last time out, swept to the front in upper stretch, then stayed nicely to his task. Has the sort of tactical speed to work out a similar trip for barn that went 4 for 13 (36%, $5.57 ROI) between 10/22 and 11/23). 3:45 GG 4th MAGICISTHEMOONLITE (#2, 12-1) certainly fits at this level and likes this surface well enough. Works are fine. This barn is 20% with their claimers and 19% on the synth. His last two efforts before the layoff were better than they looked as he broke last in both. 4:15 GG 5th BRAND NEW DREAM (#3, 6-1) tried two turns on the turf in her debut and nothing is tougher than that. She ran evenly and is now all set to improve second time racing and routing. Four of nine sibs beat winners. The Gallagher barn is a nice 27% going turf to synth. They are 16% with their 2nd time maiden starters.
