Barbara D. Livingston First post for Aqueduct racing is scheduled for 12:10 p.m. ET on Thursday.

Daily Racing Form has served as the most trusted source of news and information about the sport since 1894, and moving forward we have decided to provide a free daily playbook – something that both hardcore horseplayers and casual observers can reference to get informed of each day’s action.

12:10 AQU 1st PAPA PAULIE P (#6, 6-1) debuted in a strongly run race for the level and did more work than it may appear in that spot while chasing a quick early pace; might be fast enough to make the lead this time and that alone could make him dangerous in here as he looks to build off the underrated debut effort. -Mike Beer

2:10 AQU 5th TABLE FLIRT (#10, 12-1) took some money despite debuting in a tough race on dirt at Saratoga. She wasn't going to be effective in that spot after getting away last from the gate, though the margin of defeat is a bit exaggerated as she was wrapped up after having to check in traffic on the turn; has some turf in her pedigree and might be able to improve quickly for Mott. -Mike Beer

3:10 AQU 7th LISA'S VISION (#10, 6-1) is effective over longer distances but is best sprinting on turf and ran an underrated race when cut back at this level last month; was away from the gate a beat slowly in that spot, before improving her position throughout the running and then staying gamely late vs a tougher field; needs a trip from the outside but is two for two in her career with Prat up. -Mike Beer

5:19 WO 2nd ANOTHER PINKY (#7, 8-1) showed nothing during a three-wide trip when returning from a 10-month layoff while plunging to this level Oct. 24, a race he seemingly needed. Gaskin picks up the mount and the new journeyman did well last Thursday. -Ron Gierkink

6:46 WO 5th SWAGGISH (#4, 10-1) raced inside over an outside/biased track before closing wide in the stretch to end up second among two next-out winners when moving out from a sprint to a route in his latest. -Ron Gierkink

7:15 WO 6th PRICELESS WILL (#2, 6-1) saved ground on the turn before closing in the four-path to beat $25K claimers over a speed-conducive track while putting up an 81 Beyer in his superb last race. He would be prominent on a repeat in this first-level allowance with a $32K-claiming option. -Ron Gierkink

8:13 WO 8th SAVE THE DATE (#5, 5-1) is a DRF Best Bet (Ron Gierkink).

10:24 RP 7th RIVER RANSOM (#4, 5-1) gives up recency to some of these, but has run some races that would put him right in the thick of things in this spot. -Mary Rampellini

11:22 RP 9th PAPA BILL (#1, 8-1) is a three-time winner who fired a big race over the local course in September. -Mary Rampellini
