With most other North American sports being shut down due to the coronavirus pandemic, we hope the sport of horse racing can entertain you during these trying times. Daily Racing Form has served as the most trusted source of news and information about the sport since 1894, and moving forward we have decided to provide a free daily playbook – something that both hardcore horseplayers and casual observers can reference to get informed of each day’s action. 1:15 BEL 1st CONTAINED (#1, 8-1) one of the first starters for the excellent racehorse Flintshire, and his dam was a second-out turf winner for the same connections. Likely to be overlooked in the win pool. - Marcus Hersh 3:59 BEL 6th HARLEM HEIGHTS (#10, 9-2) showed speed in her two races as a 2yo and was last seen getting caught up on a contested pace in a race that went to closers, and has since produced three stakes winners; bred to go on and can factor here if ready off the layoff. -Mike Beer 3:59 BEL 6th - HARLEM HEIGHTS (#10, 9-2) was posting strong-looking works at Payson months ago and has finished off the pattern with an encouraging looking set at Belmont while prepping for "blinkers on" comeback from extended vacation. Suspecting maturity and morning reps will correct her headstrong ways this year, and the outside draw could prove very favorable. - Marcus Hersh :: Get the DRF GamePlan Playbook each day with a DRF+ Pro subscription. She definitely shouldn't be out of her league here while moving up from $15K to $25K NW3 company. -Ron Gierkink 5:12 WO 4th SAILING BY (#7, 8-1) cut loose on the early lead before tiring in her $15K comeback on the inner turf. She's halving in price to meet lesser NW3 opposition on the Tapeta, and could wire this field with that tightener under her girth. -Ron Gierkink 5:30 KEE 9th PINTXOS (#1, 4-1) has a series of potential excuses since his promising debut, and I expect he returns ready from a five-month break. - Marcus Hersh 5:36 BEL 9th FLEET STEPPER (#2, 4-1) finished behind two of these same rivals while making her debut last time but thought she was racing on as well as anyone in the late stages of that race; one of many eligible to take a step forward in this spot. -Mike Beer :: To stay up to date, follow DRF on: Facebook | Instagram | Twitter 6:15 WO 6th KITTEN'S BOY (#2, 5-1) is reminiscent of another Sam-Son/Cox runner from Tampa, Hurricane Dancer, who won from off the pace in a $25K NW2 dash last month. He's exiting a third behind a winner who came back to take a $25K starter (89 Beyer) there, after which he ran second in an N1X at Gulfstream. -Ron Gierkink 6:30 CBY 3rd BIG SPORT (#3, 10-1) didn't get a clean trip in his return try but we think he needed that race anyway. He drops in class today and cuts back to 5 1/2 furlongs where he has never missed the exacta. -Scott Ehlers 6:45 WO 7th CHART (#4, 6-1) has worked fast on the Tapeta since shipping north of the border, and could be taking an edge in this light N1X, in her first start on synthetics. Her last race at Churchill contained two next-out winners. -Ron Gierkink 8:00 CBY 6th EXPROMPT (#2, 6-1) is a DRF Best Bet (Scott Ehlers).
