She gets more ground to work with in this easier one-mile race for $40K claimers, and should make some noise at a square price. -Ron Gierkink :: Get the DRF GamePlan Playbook each day with a DRF+ Pro subscription. She could rebound in this lesser NW2 tilt with Moran back aboard. -Ron Gierkink 5:40 CBY 1st VEZMEREYES (#6, 6-1) is a DRF Best Bet (Scott Ehlers). 6:10 WO 6th NIGHT WATCHMAN (#3, 6-1) met the likes of Lokinforpursemonee, Drink In My Hand and Nashville Knight in his two outings at the meet, both going short. This $10K route came up light, and he could put it all together if things go his way. -Ron Gierkink :: To stay up to date, follow DRF on: Facebook | Instagram | Twitter 6:40 CBY 3rd FASHION ROSE (#4, 10-1) can pass runners and there is a lot of speed in here. A poor break did not help matters last out. This mare seems better on the dirt. It is nice to see her put races back to back and this barn is doing better of late. -Scott Ehlers 8:10 CBY 6th ANNIE'S SHENANIGAN (#11, 10-1) is a horse we liked in her debut even though it was two turns on the grass. She actually ran great. We think that with a clean break she would have won. She was flying late. Second time turf can only help. Outside post can't be helped. -Scott Ehlers 8:40 CBY 7th MARSHALL HILL (#9, 10-1) did win here last summer and did so by 6 lengths. He is better now. He has some Beyers from Oaklawn that fit. He gets in light and goes second off the layoff all while getting a weight break. -Scott Ehlers :: Want to get your Past Performances for free? Click to learn more.
