DRF's Horse Racing Playbook for Sunday, November 14, 2021

Daily Racing Form has served as the most trusted source of news and information about the sport since 1894, and moving forward we have decided to provide a free daily playbook – something that both hardcore horseplayers and casual observers can reference to get informed of each day’s action.
12:25 LRL 1st We'll learn more about JACK OF HEARTS (#8, 5-1) as he faces tougher from a pace and class perspective. Received a nice trip on graduation day as he pressed 29 to 1 shot Rebel Victory (finished third) under a confident ride, took over turning into the stretch and was never threatened. Looked good striding away, but must hustle to gain position from far outside post with speedy Wicked Prankster breaking from the rail. -Dan Illman | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
1:03 LRL 2nd A little class relief could go a long way for OUR SWEET PEA (#6, 5-1) after the filly gave an even effort in a very tough maiden special (the odds-on winner looks like a very promising runner and the fourth-finisher returned to place second in an off-turf maiden special with a 71 Beyer). Chased fast fractions in that race and can get close to the pace here. -Dan Illman | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
1:19 AQU 3rd EXPERIENCED (#2, 6-1) is a DRF Best Bet (Mike Beer). | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
1:25 WO 2nd SILVER SMOKE (#2, 8-1) dueled two-wide for the lead before weakening to second over an outside-favoring track when returning from another layoff three weeks ago. -Ron Gierkink | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
1:46 AQU 4th WHISTLER'S HONOR (#1, 6-1) is facing some experienced rivals with form as he makes his career debut, but he attracts Irad for an excellent first-out trainer, and there is some pedigree to back him up, as well; dam has dropped two winners so far, including a turf winner, and her foals have had speed. -Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
2:25 GP 5th JET WINGS (#12, 6-1) figures to benefit from debut when setting strong pace, fading late behind well meant first timer Shastre. Shortens up, drops in with state breds for first time and well posted outside the other speed signed on here. -Mike Welsch | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
2:38 LRL 5th Willing to give CECILITA (#5, 6-1) one chance on dirt after finishing ahead of three of these in much-improved effort on grass. Made an early and wide bid on the second turn to make a clear lead turning for home only to be run down from behind in the final yards. Wish there was a bit more turf in the female family as the most prominent name is two-time Breeders' Cup Turf Sprint winner Mizdirection. -Dan Illman | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
2:53 GP 6th GLITTER BAY (#4, 5-1) working fast for return from nine week freshening when setting pace, fading late going mile on main in a race that has produced pair of next out winners. Might not look back if getting loose at this distance. -Mike Welsch | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
2:56 WO 5th INVISIBLE FRIEND (#5, 15-1) has worked decently. The son of Souper Speedy is a half-brother to the stakes-winning 2yo debut victor Rockcrest, who's also a gray. -Ron Gierkink | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
3:13 AQU 7th COTTON (#7, 8-1) picked up his maiden win in a fast-paced race going a mile, but he also ran well in both prior attempts sprinting on this surface, one of those when wired off the layoff back in May; cuts back in a race that appears to have some pace for him to attack. -Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
3:44 AQU 8th BIPARTISANSHIP (#8, 30-1) finished a good third to a quality rival in a Group 3 prior to shipping over; her figures do not stand out but she ran well in her stateside debut while finishing gamely into a slow pace after a poor start, and she crushed that weaker field last time while never having to get down to serious business; will be a price and might be a lot better than she looks on paper. -Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
3:53 GP 8th CAVE HILL (#5, 9-2) in dangerous hands off the claim and back over a surface which produced career highlight, a going away victory in Rushaway during the spring. Looks well spotted returning locally for first time since the winter meet. -Mike Welsch | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
3:55 WO 7th TIMESKIP (#3, 12-1) brings improving form to this nine-furlong N2X, and might be ready to pop at a square price in his fifth appearance of the meet. He came up a neck short of the favored runner-up LAPOCHKA last time when they both ran going 1 1/16 miles at this level. -Ron Gierkink | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
4:10 LRL 8th THREES OVER DEUCES (#1, 7-2) is a DRF Best Bet (Dan Illman). | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
5:30 DMR 5th OVER ATTRACTED (#8, 3-1) finished with good energy for 2nd to today's foe SUGARY in a race like this at SA Oct. 11 but this gal had plenty of traffic issues. She won on this course July 29 so she handles this place and it's encouraging to see no drop by Maker, who claimed her a few starts back. -Brad Free | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
5:55 WO 11th HIP TO YOUR TRICKS (#11, 8-1) came four-wide from fourth to finish a close third over a speed-favoring track in his best race to date Oct. 22. -Ron Gierkink | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
