Daily Racing Form has served as the most trusted source of news and information about the sport since 1894, and moving forward we have decided to provide a free daily playbook – something that both hardcore horseplayers and casual observers can reference to get informed of each day’s action. 12:25 LRL 1st DISPUTED NOTION (#7, 8-1) is better of late and missed a Beyer top by a single point in his most recent. This proven closer gets good race flow in part due to this large field. Added half furlong is fine as this guy has hit the exacta in a third of his distance tries. This horse is often a good price and that rounds out the appeal. -Dan Illman | Bet this race with DRF Bets 1:18 AQU 3rd HAPPY BOB (#8, 8-1) has run well going longer distances at times but he is better sprinting, and he ran fine last time while finishing up well behind a front-running winner; drew a good post and projects to have some pace in front of him here. -Mike Beer | Bet this race with DRF Bets 1:58 OP 2nd AIN'T THAT A KICK (#4, 15-1) has reason to move forward. -Mary Rampellini | Bet this race with DRF Bets 2:05 GP 5th BANNEKER (#9, 8-1) ran a big one debuting on a synthetic track at Presque Isle, bounced wheeling back on relatively short rest against stakes company next time. Loses the blinkers, seems to be working well enough since arriving in local area to give a second chance with Tyler getting the call. -Mike Welsch | Bet this race with DRF Bets 2:14 AQU 5th COLLECT THE DATA (#7, 8-1) went seven on debut and wound up contesting the pace in front of stablemate Dolomite, who was 2/5 that day and returned to finish third in a Grade 2 in her next start; might be a lot better than that first one makes her look. -Mike Beer | Bet this race with DRF Bets 2:30 LRC 1st AROUND THE DIAL (#5, 9-2) couldn't quite catch PERFECTO AMOR in a race at this level on the short course here Nov. 18 as the 7-5 favorite but that was a step forward from his prior form so he may be peaking and can turn the tables. -Michael Hammersly | Bet this race with DRF Bets 3:03 WO 5th FRAC RIGHT (#3, 12-1) was angled out from the two-path to go four-wide at the quarter pole before finishing third over a rail-biased track when debuting in a similar race. The son of hot juvenile sire Frac Daddy could graduate at a good price if he improves a few lengths on his encouraging opener. -Ron Gierkink | Bet this race with DRF Bets 3:19 LRL 7th MISSION NORTH (#7, 5-1) was buried on the rail in his first two starts so this post is better. The blinkers go ON as this colt goes turf to dirt and this barn is 12% and 16% respectively. They are an even better 26% with the class drop into maiden claimers. Recent works are sharp. -Dan Illman | Bet this race with DRF Bets 3:33 GP 8th PARADISE LANE (#4, 6-1) a well graded runner-up behind Vino Rougue two back, the latter a distant second in the Tempted S. at next asking. Should benefit from series of longer races shortening up to six panels for local bow. -Mike Welsch | Bet this race with DRF Bets 3:33 WO 6th CATCH THE DRIFT (#9, 6-1) landed on the edges in both of her starts in sprints, closing for third most recently after a wide trip over a strong rail-favoring track. The daughter of Exaggerator is bred for stamina on both sides of her pedigree and is getting the chance to stretch his legs out in this 1 1/16-mile maiden special. -Ron Gierkink | Bet this race with DRF Bets 3:40 AQU 8th Don't think a wet track is necessarily an issue but LUNI SIMA (#5, 20-1) was just in a tougher race last time when he failed to get involved; this is probably his limit in terms of distance but he has races from earlier this year that give him a real chance vs. this field as he goes third off the layoff, and he projects to have some pace in from of him this time. -Mike Beer | Bet this race with DRF Bets 4:08 AQU 9th ENGINEER EMPIRE (#10, 6-1) ran better than it looks on debut when getting caught outside over a track that was favoring the rail; stretched out to this distance for his second start and improved noticeably before missing time; second off the layoff stretching back out. -Mike Beer | Bet this race with DRF Bets 5:37 WO 10th ROOKIE RADAR (#5, 12-1) could turn the tables on AMBER LIGHT in this $25K NW3 sprint. He rallied four-wide to end up third behind narrow loser AMBER LIGHT last time out after the latter had put away the other speed. -Ron Gierkink | Bet this race with DRF Bets 5:39 LRC 8th ROCK N ROLL SONG (#3, 8-1) added blinkers, dropped in price and perked up considerably to easily win on the short course here Nov. 18. This is her home so you know she likes the footing and off that win it's most encouraging to see her nearly doubled in value. -Michael Hammersly | Bet this race with DRF Bets 6:33 LRC 10th DES DOIGTS (#4, 5-1) set a pressured pace and kept on gamely for 3rd in a race like this at DMR Dec. 2. His 3 turf starts prior came in very tough spots so you can be forgiving about those. And maybe dirt is his preferred footing. -Michael Hammersly | Bet this race with DRF Bets
