2:00 CNL 4th SUMMER VIBES (#8, 6-1) improved to win a first-level allowance at Charles Town for Farrior last time out, earning a 71 Beyer that easily plays against these; he will stretch back out to 1 1/16 miles, a distance he has has handled well enough in the past; between his form on dirt in West Virginia and a recent win on the turf at Laurel, it's safe to assume he fits for a $12,500 tag. - Patrick Moquin | Get Past Performances for this race

2:07 WO 3rd STREET SAVANT (#4, 10-1) showed nothing after a sluggish beginning at first asking in a key maiden special that contained two next-out maiden special winners. 2:40 CBY 2nd RAFFY THE STAKES (#4, 9-2) is by a 10% debut sire. Her dam went 5-0-0-2 and earned 5K. One of two sibs won and is a multiple winner of 176K. Any chance this horse gets lost on the tote? 3:54 CBY 4th MIA BABY (#6, 15-1) is just as good if not better on the turf. Her most recent was better so now is the perfect time to return to the grass. Team Fields are 33% going dirt to turf and 38% on the green. There is some speed in here so not sure what the angle of attack is going to be. 4:22 MTH 8th MIDNITE BUST R OUT (#6, 7-2) Thought MIDNITE BUST R OUT was moving well in the late stages of her first turf sprint try last time out, which was far and away the best race of her short career; may have found her niche, and if she's able to improve a bit with that experience under her belt she is more than capable of running them all down late. - Kenny Peck | Get Past Performances for this race

4:24 CBY 5th MAGICA (#5, 9-2) just needed a local race to acclimate and then she broke her maiden with ease. We like that connections find a logical spot to face first time winners. Win rider keeps the call and is 26% for team Silva. 4:28 CNL 9th FRYE ISLAND (#10, 6-1) turned heads when he fired a 75 Beyer in a dominant claiming victory at Laurel in June, but he did not replicate that performance at Colonial last month, looking far more like his old self in a solid third; Farrior will give him another try at this level, and it helps that there's a clear floor and ceiling for the reliable gelding. - Patrick Moquin | Get Past Performances for this race

4:44 GP 9th INTRICITY (#1, 6-1) did beat over half the field home in her most recent. Second time here is what we like best. That recent work was a bullet best of 10. 5:09 SAR 8th WORKS FOR ME (#7, 8-1) ran well twice over course and distance last summer before a layoff; his effort when brought back at Tampa was underrated while out of position for much of the race, and ran one of the best races of his career when gunning down allowance rivals at Keeneland two back; got slammed at the start and had little chance in the Grade 1 Jaipur last time; should have some pace to come after if Prat can work out a clean trip this time, and he will be a price. - Mike Beer | Get Past Performances for this race

5:44 SAR 9th BLUE ROOF BEAU (#4, 6-1) had to be used early to secure his position at the rail, and he just kept on going after contesting the pace to win his debut with a 75 Beyer; does show a gap in his works since, but he ran well in that lone appearance, and his speed plays in this race. - Mike Beer | Get Past Performances for this race

5:57 WO 10th Workmates HAPPY TO BE HERE (#8, 6-1) and PEPPER BROOKS could run one-two in this maiden special. 9:10 DMR 9th MOONLIT SONATA (#7, 5-1), in the money both recent starts at this N2L starter level, is simply the fastest in the field on figures. Her third-place finish last out was actually very good; she was blocked most of the final quarter-mile and did not get clear until late. Off two and a half months, 'SONATA shortens to one mile, switches riders, and can wear them down from slightly off the pace. - Brad Free | Get Past Performances for this race
