Daily Racing Form has served as the most trusted source of news and information about the sport since 1894, and moving forward we have decided to provide a free daily playbook – something that both hardcore horseplayers and casual observers can reference to get informed of each day’s action. 1:05 KEE 1st FLATTER ME SILLY (#7, 9-2) is a DRF Best Bet (Marcus Hersh). | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 1:15 TAM 3rd D’CRAZINESS (#7, 5-2) finished off the board in each of his last three starts but he couldn’t ask for a much better race flow than he figures to get in this speed-filled turf route; very capable of running them all down late given a clean trip, as a fast, contested pace is all but assured if this race stays intact. -Kenny Peck | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 1:45 TAM 4th FLAMING INDY (#1, 4-1) has speed and the rail and has a big shot to steal this if she can shake loose in the opening stages; she faltered three back despite a clear lead against similar but that was a race featuring a good amount of pace and she had to work hard to establish the lead there. -Kenny Peck | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 2:53 AQU 4th MICROMILLION (#5, 6-1) ran well two back over a wet track, after which the claim was voided, and she did not back that race up well at all last time; those intangibles call her current form into question, but she is better on this surface and returns to the grass at the right level. -Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 3:02 OP 3rd DIXIE MO (#2, 7-2) makes her first start since January and she’s won off the bench in the past. She’s also a consistent sort who owns the field’s best last-race Beyer Figure. -Mary Rampellini | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 3:26 AQU 5th GHOST GIANT (#2, 6-1) got in over his head off the claim last time and didn’t run poorly at all vs. that field; had won two of his prior three starts vs. claiming rivals going long, but he has also shown that he can sprint in the past, and he had no chance the last time he went this distance in NY when rated behind a soft pace and then racing on behind horses in the stretch. -Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 3:51 KEE 6th SHIPPINGPORT (#5, 6-1) last October won well over the KEE main track in a $30K N2L claimer and surely fits this $20K conditioned claimer with that performance level. Regressed the following start at Churchill, struggled over TP Tapeta, but came with a much showing back on dirt last out at FG. -Marcus Hersh | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 4:24 KEE 7th Perhaps you recall owner-trainer Mark Hoffman from the excellent race mare Hooh Why? Hoffman is back now with THE CONNECTOR (#3, 9-2), who ran for as low as a $6,250 claiming race racing on synthetics last year. A move to turf late in 2020 began this gelding’s remarkable transformation, and he hit quite the high peak in his last three starts. Three back he comfortably won a Tampa turf sprint at essentially this class level; two back, he was squeezed back between horses mid-race and finished well inside for third behind super sharp The Critical Way and Imprimis, one of N America’ top turf sprinter; and last out, racing without Lasix, he probably got the wrong trip, leading when he prefers to stalk, when third in another stakes race. -Marcus Hersh | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 4:29 TAM 9th DREAMING OF GERRY (#4, 5-2) is a DRF Best Bet (Kenny Peck). | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 4:50 GP 8th TIZ POSSIBLE DEAR (#7, 9-2) is coming off a disappointing fourth-place finish as the even-money favorite but the track was not favoring speed so maybe we can give her a pass. She has tailed off a bit since she romped in the slop at Gulfstream Park West in Nov, but she’s had a couple of decent interim works and the past five years Navarro has a 22% strike rate with claimed horses running back the first time. If she brings her best stuff she’ll be tough to beat at a distance she thrives at. -Randy Goulding | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 4:57 KEE 8th Trainer B Colebrook set up his stable for a tremendous Keeneland spring meet and MORETHANSOULTITLE (#1, 8-1) has been working over the track for his second career start, first for a claiming tag. First-time gelding, first-time Lasix. -Marcus Hersh | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 5:07 AQU 8th SLEEK LYNX (#4, 8-1) ran better than it looks in her career debut, with noticeable greenness doing her in late, and she was also lost her best chance while green in the Grade 1 Natalma in her second start; bred to stretch out and may be ready to finally put everything together at a price after getting in a solid prep sprinting off the layoff. -Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 5:22 GP 9th AWSUM ROAR (#2, 3-1) hasn’t been worse than second in her last five starts here and with plenty of speed in the field she could get the same kind of trip she had in her win at this level in her last start. The 11-time winner is a gem of consistency so expecting another strong effort. -Randy Goulding | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 5:40 AQU 9th YOU’RE DOING FINE (#7, 8-1) overcame some stretch traffic to gamely prevail over maiden claimers on the cut back last time, and she had also run well in her most recent start sprinting on turf at Laurel while steadying at a couple of different points behind a clear-cut winner; Sharp 6 for his last 17 with last-out maiden winners sprinting on turf (35%, $3.95 ROI). -Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 5:40 OP 8th ZANSHOES (#1, 6-1) has put up some of this field’s best recent Beyer Figures. She was a close fourth against open foes in her last start and now returns to the Arkansas-bred ranks, site of her most recent win. -Mary Rampellini | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 7:21 SA 7th Maiden-claiming runners with no speed are not reliable, yet late-runner BOLU (#6, 7-2) gets the call. A seven-start maiden, his career-best race was his most recent sprint two starts back. He cuts back to his preferred distance after an okay sixth last out in which he was keen behind the slow pace, appeared uncomfortable, and went onepaced. -Brad Free | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 8:25 SA 9th MISS DRACARYS (#3, 7-2) ran better than the line looks last out in a similar N1X turf sprint that was her local debut. She was anchored early, keen and unrelaxed behind traffic, angled out, finished with run, and galloped out in front. Off three months since, adding Lasix, she may have more speed than she showed. -Brad Free | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
