Daily Racing Form has served as the most trusted source of news and information about the sport since 1894, and moving forward we have decided to provide a free daily playbook – something that both hardcore horseplayers and casual observers can reference to get informed of each day’s action. 12:50 TAM 2nd CAPTURE THE TIME (#3, 9-2) has proven speed and figures to be prominent from the start; could even be the primary speed in this field, which lacks clear-cut proven early zip. -Mike Welsch  1:32 KEE 2nd Regularly see horses put forth one good performance on the Turfway Tapeta, then flounder over the surface --- just like TIME MUSE (#6, 15-1). Last raced Feb. 10 and the long, solid work pattern into this is eye-catching. The lone dirt start, a flop facing MSW company, came before blinkers and Lasix - he might be much more capable on the surface than that. Drops for first tag, but the $30K is above the $18K purchase price paid. -Marcus Hersh  1:56 TAM 4th BRYCENS GOLD (#1, 15-1) should be set for this route try after she prepped in a sprint in her latest, which marked her first start in over a year; she could well be the main speed from the rail and she has a chance to steal it if she gets away with an unpressured early advantage. -Mike Welsch  2:20 LRL 5th MORNING THOUGHTS (#4, 5-1) didn't have an easy trip in circuit debut, and was given plenty of time to recover from that stressful effort. Claimed out of that race by a very capable barn, and think he's better at these shorter distances. -Dan Illman  2:46 GP 4th SCARAMANGA (#3, 12-1) is feeling great as he tries tougher off the claim. This colt has back to back Beyer tops. He has run well going 6 1/2 furlongs on multiple occasions so today's 7 panels should fit nicely. He draws fine and has tactical speed to help the trip. -Mike Welsch  2:56 AQU 4th TOP OF THE TABLE (#2, 9-2) caught a very wet track in the sprint debut and she went greenly in that race while far back outrun early; did finally gather herself for a late move and was running at the end of that race, before continuing on past the wire; bred to stretch out; expecting improvement. -Mike Beer  3:18 OP 4th LINE RUNNER (#3, 5-1) ran a credible second in her debut and now makes the move to two turns and gets pedigree support for the task. She also has an age edge on some of these as she is 4. -Mary Rampellini  3:46 GP 6th CARENTAN (#9, 8-1) is by a 21% debut sire. His dam went 21-6-4-4 and earned 288K. All 3 sibs won and 2 beat winners (56K and 204K). Recent works are well spaced and we like an outside post for a debut. What also helps is that this barn is 20% with their first time starters. -Mike Welsch  4:02 AQU 6th DURKIN'S CALL (#1, 6-1) isn't at his best over the kind of wet track he caught two back when claimed by Rice; might have run better than it looks last time in a race that was competitive early but wasn't coming back for the closers late; fits well here looking to snap a long losing streak. -Mike Beer  4:07 TAM 8th BUFF HELLO (#7, 6-1) is a DRF Best Bet (Kenny Peck).  4:12 KEE 7th Don't think ZIPADOO (#7, 8-1) is a Gulfstream horse, and her two starts there came over 1 1/16 miles, which appears to be short of her best. She's got two good runs at this 9-furlong trip, including a maiden win over this course, and surely has been aimed this way through the winter and early spring. Can't see her being as high as 8-1. -Marcus Hersh  4:44 KEE 8th LUNAR MODULE (#2, 10-1) is a DRF Best Bet (Marcus Hersh).  5:21 GP 9th JAYANA (#8, 15-1) is a DRF Best Bet (Scott Ehlers).  5:36 AQU 9th STORMIN HEIST (#11, 5-1) looked a little green in the Penn National debut and finished a clear third after chasing the pace in a fine performance for a first-time starter; caught a sloppy track off the layoff last time and had no chance with blowout, front-running winner Grab the Glory, who was dropping out of MSW races; can do better for underrated connections. -Mike Beer  5:44 GG 4th TIGER ATTACK (#6, 5-1) may have been in too deep in his last pair when facing foes for more than 3 times this tag. His speed is intact and that, with the significant price drop, might get him back on the beam. GOOD FOCUS just missed in a race like this here March 24 after chasing the pace from the start. That makes him the one to beat. While he showed speed note versatility shown in prior starts so he's by no means one-dimensional. -Steve Andersen  5:51 GP 10th MUNTALIQ (#6, 8-1) did little in his first two turf starts but they came here and in his first two career starts. His most recent was just better and it came going two turns on the sod at Tampa (a very good turf course). This gelding is bred to love two turns on the sod with turf and distance Tomlinsons of 344/372. What if he is just slow to learn this game? It helps that he hails from a high percentage barn. -Mike Welsch  7:19 GG 7th RICH GOLD (#4, 8-1) is a DRF Best Bet (Michael Hammersly).
