Daily Racing Form has served as the most trusted source of news and information about the sport since 1894, and moving forward we have decided to provide a free daily playbook – something that both hardcore horseplayers and casual observers can reference to get informed of each day’s action. 1:58 GP 3rd A lot of speed signed on here that includes MALRAUX (#7, 8-1) who already owns a couple of synthetic wins on resume'. -Mike Welsch | Get PPs for this race  2:22 LRL 4th Searching for a fresh face and NO MONEY DOWN (#5, 8-1) makes debut for barn that sent out a couple of juvenile debut winners at Pimlico in July. This is a demanding debut distance and the sire is 0 for 30 with first-time starters, but the gelding shows a solid string of workouts capped off by a bullet three-furlong gate drill. -Dan Illman | Get PPs for this race  2:30 GP 4th GIOCONDA (#4, 15-1) debuts in what looks like good spot off series of works on the farm. Bred more for turf but is kin to a couple of six figure earners. -Mike Welsch | Get PPs for this race  2:56 LRL 5th GAMBLING MAN (#10, 10-1) gave a useful effort in career debut sprinting. Off a beat slow, he saved ground behind a fast pace into the turn, eased out and rallied evenly without threatening the top ones. Finished ahead of a minor next-out winner and think he has enough pedigree to handle the additional distance (dam won twice at 1 1/16 miles). -Dan Illman | Get PPs for this race  3:00 WO 5th LA LIBERTEE (#5, 8-1) is a DRF Best Bet (Ron Gierkink). | Get PPs for this race  3:02 GP 5th UHTRED (#2, 12-1) exits career best effort and did so with a late run that should serve him well in this spot with a very honest pace scenario expected. -Mike Welsch | Get PPs for this race  3:26 LRL 6th JOYFUL NOISE (#2, 6-1) broke slowly, then raced in the six path on the backstretch before dropping in a bit entering the turn. Swung widest turning into the stretch and rallied mildly in a race where the pace held together despite quick fractions. Ten-time winner needs some pace help, but might get it in this spot and should be moving in the stretch. -Dan Illman | Get PPs for this race  4:36 WO 8th AWESOME STREET (#8, 8-1) was herded in at the break and got away slowly before closing belatedly for fourth in her seven-furlong debut. The daughter of Ghostzapper is bred to run long on both sides of her pedigree, and could prevail on the stretchout to 1 1/16 miles. -Ron Gierkink | Get PPs for this race  4:59 LRL 9th BELTWAY BOB (#5, 10-1) seemingly rounds into form during the fall months and he finished full of run to defeat a weaker field of restricted allowance foes last month. Last on the rail behind a quick pace, he angled to the far outside turning for home and kicked them down. He's the kind of horse that needs some hitting up front, but now stretches back out to the distance of Maryland Million Starter win last fall and usually offers value on the tote. -Dan Illman | Get PPs for this race  5:38 GP 10th Looking for fresh face in finale, settled on CADET CORPS (#2, 12-1) who seems to be well prepared for bow and with two turf winning sibs in family. -Mike Welsch | Get PPs for this race  5:39 WO 10th COCOTARA (#4, 10-1) was along for second the last time she sprinted vs. $15K maidens four starts ago July 22, and has since posted mixed results going 1 1/16 miles. -Ron Gierkink | Get PPs for this race  7:00 MED 1st BEACH DAZE (#6, 6-1) is kin to a minor turf winner in Smart Royal T but the real appeal lies in trainer Andrew Simoff's record with firsters (55%), and the barn's win rate overall; training steadily toward this debut and though she meets males she doesn't appear to be meeting an especially deep field. -Kenny Peck | Get PPs for this race  7:26 MED 2nd ROAD TO MEATH (#5, 9-2) exits sprints and figures to be prominent from the start in this return to routing, and in a race that's light on pace a forward trip would give him a big edge; dangerous if he can shake loose in the opening stages and control the issue from the outset. -Kenny Peck | Get PPs for this race
