Daily Racing Form has served as the most trusted source of news and information about the sport since 1894, and moving forward we have decided to provide a free daily playbook – something that both hardcore horseplayers and casual observers can reference to get informed of each day’s action. 12:50 GP 1st WICKED MOMENT (#2, 12-1) has not been seen since May so he should be more mature now (that means faster). His lone turf start was better than it looks as he was stuck in the 10 hole and did beat over half the field home. If he likes the grass then he should like this Tapeta surface. First time gelding adds to the appeal as does 30% barn on this surface. -Scott Ehlers | Get PPs for this race  12:55 WO 1st TWISTED PATH (#6, 10-1) raced three-wide in a stalking position before fading to fifth over an inside-biased track against tougher NW2 opposition in just her second start five weeks ago. -Ron Gierkink | Get PPs for this race 1:25 WO 2nd HUMBLE BEGINNINGS (#12, 8-1) is dropping way back down to in an inviting spot off a fade job in a restricted stakes following a layoff. Fukumoto rides her for the first time and has had some success for this barn. -Ron Gierkink | Get PPs for this race  1:32 KEE 2nd PORONUI (#2, 10-1) with a creditable debut performance going long on KEE dirt. The dirt form could serve her well in the event of a rain-off, and on pedigree - top and bottom - she should handle the switch to turf. Doubt she's as high a win price a the morning-line suggests. -Marcus Hersh | Get PPs for this race 1:54 GP 3rd SPREAD JOY (#4, 5-1) is by a 14% debut sire (all sire stats are for 2YO's only). Her dam went 3-2-1-0 and earned 41K. Lone sib is 4-0-0-1 for 3K. Two turns in any debut is difficult but this barn has a knack for it going 2 for 5. Works are well spaced. This filly is bred to like the grass so that bodes well for today's Tapeta surface. -Scott Ehlers | Get PPs for this race  2:28 LRL 5th WILLING TO SPEED (#2, 6-1) was put on a hard chase after a fast pace in recent entry-level allowance heat and should appreciate dropping in class this afternoon. Made a three-wide move in tandem with an outer runner on the second turn only to fade in the late stages. The sixth-place finisher from that race returned to run third in a restricted allowance with a 71 Beyer. -Dan Illman | Get PPs for this race  2:55 LRL 6th MAMA G'S WISH (#7, 8-1) multiple stakes-placed at Delaware, underperformed a bit at odds-on when dropped to this level 16 days ago. Pressed a four-ply pace battle in between, made the front and tired. Expecting her to sit just off the pacesetter while clear of traffic. -Dan Illman | Get PPs for this race 3:08 KEE 5th MAXINE MACHINE (#8, 8-1) flopped on dirt in the Pocahontas but suppose connections were just taking a shot on dirt early in her career to determine whether that would be an option - which it apparently isn't. Won a grass route in her first start very nicely and with two more months development (that's a lot for a horse who is only 32 months old!) she should be able to exceed that form - provided, of course, she takes to what has become a very tricky grass course with rain, cool weather, and November right around the corner. -Marcus Hersh | Get PPs for this race  3:40 KEE 6th EBBEN's (#10, 10-1) last two races dim the overall strength of his past performances, but that just means he'll be a better price now. The start two back came before a Dec - Oct layoff and was no true billing, and he caught a wet track, which he seems to dislike. His A race fits this spot in a vacuum, and on paper it appears he is going to get a very favorable setup. 10-1 on the line and even if lower will be a fair price in the in pool. -Marcus Hersh | Get PPs for this race  4:00 WO 7th MASON'S GAMBLE (#3, 8-1) was a gutsy front-running winner of his last race going six furlongs vs. NW3 OS/$40K opposition. There isn't much other speed in this seven-furlong N1X, and the improving 3yo could make all the running. -Ron Gierkink | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 4:34 GP 8th THE GREEN CRUSADER (#4, 6-1) catches a stakes race with good speed so his trip might be best. This colt has improved his Beyer in every start. What if this guy is a new blinker horse? What if he is an elongated sprint specialist? Second time this jock can only help. -Scott Ehlers | Get PPs for this race  4:44 KEE 8th SCARLETT SKY (#9, 10-1) is a DRF Best Bet (Marcus Hersh). | Get PPs for this race  7:53 MED 3rd DREAMING THOUSAND (#4, 12-1) doesn't have the best of overall records but he has only raced on the turf four times, and he ran well in all of those races, except for the Gulfstream race in May when he was away slowly; that has been an issue for him, but if he can get away cleanly he may be good enough to surprise this modest group. -Kenny Peck | Get PPs for this race  8:07 RP 1st BOLD IMAGE (#5, 6-1) returns to the Oklahoma-bred ranks and the last time he faced such foes he was a winner. -Mary Rampellini | Get PPs for this race  8:20 MED 4th MR. EDGAR (#7, 10-1) is a DRF Best Bet (Kenny Peck). | Get PPs for this race  8:47 MED 5th WOLFE 'N HAWKE (#6, 5-1) comes off an effort that was too back to believe, as he never really got involved after a slow start cost him early position; the prior Beyer he posted fits very well and he'll be tough to stave off late if he's able to run to that figure. -Kenny Peck | Get PPs for this race
