Daily Racing Form has served as the most trusted source of news and information about the sport since 1894, and moving forward we have decided to provide a free daily playbook – something that both hardcore horseplayers and casual observers can reference to get informed of each day’s action.
12:10 GP 1st SKY DIVINE (#1, 10-1) chased the pace before tiring here May 25 but not only did she use fuel early it was her debut AND came vs. straight maidens. She was then gone 5 months but came back with a super run to be 2nd when dropped to this level here Oct. 15. She can benefit from that run and it's nice to see there's not another layoff. Her 2 sibs are both winners including Blowthruyelowlites (11-5-1-1, $121K). – Michael Hammersly | Get PPs for this race
1:07 GP 3rd MOTOWN PUNK (#4, 12-1) has flashed some talent in his first 3 starts, all on this track with the last 2 at this level. Those were sprints so he tries a new, longer game but he's bred to route and his fairly even sprinting style is the type that often translates well to a stretchout. A bullet work Nov. 5 is a thumbs-up, too. – Michael Hammersly | Get PPs for this race
2:03 WO 3rd TRADING DAY (#2, 6-1) is a DRF Best Bet (Ron Gierkink). | Get PPs for this race
2:17 AQU 6th IMPLICATED (#1, 12-1) is a DRF Best Bet (Mike Beer). | Get PPs for this race
2:45 AQU 7th UNCLE WATER FLOW (#8, 8-1) was protected for the first start off the layoff back in May, where he had trouble at the start; didn't turn up again until last month, where he caught a wet track and tired late at this level; returns without a break and can do better, but might need a little pace. – Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race
3:33 WO 6th HOLIDAY IN JAIL (#6, 10-1) has posted mostly above-average works for the Hall-of-Famer Tiller and should be prominent if she gets away alertly. – Ron Gierkink | Get PPs for this race
3:43 AQU 9th LIMITED LIABILITY (#5, 6-1) was compromised by a deliberate pace when stretched all the way out for the first time in the Louisville three starts back and did well to get second; has run well in both starts since while kept to longer distance, including that last one when on the outside all the way and only getting outkicked late by favored Godolphin shipper Bold Act; fits well here looking for a trip. – Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race
5:12 WO 9th SPUN GLASS (#1, 10-1) saved ground on the turn before closing in the four-path to upset several of her current rivals going three-quarters in the Oct. 14 Ontario Fashion Stakes. She's never tried seven-eighths, but it seems within her range if she can work out another good trip from her rail draw in this huge field. – Ron Gierkink | Get PPs for this race
7:30 DMR 9th PARK CITY (#6, 5-1) just might post an upset. His N2L claiming win on dirt two back was relatively fast, he was compromised by traffic last out when fourth in a N3L claiming route on dirt. He was a turf horse early in his career, running well his first two starts on the surface. This is his first turf route in more than a year, facing a modest field. He can upset with a clean trip. – Brad Free | Get PPs for this race
