Daily Racing Form has served as the most trusted source of news and information about the sport since 1894, and moving forward we have decided to provide a free daily playbook – something that both hardcore horseplayers and casual observers can reference to get informed of each day’s action. 12:20 GP 1st Nice late-May debut by LOVE MY JOB (#1, 9-2) seems enough to recommend her here, even with the layoff of nearly 8 weeks; rail draw and Zayas obviously help. -Marty McGee | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 12:55 GP 2nd Fully aware that the just-miss debut by RENEESDREAMGIRL (#7, 8-1) came for a lower tag than the $25k for which she’s entered here, but worth noting that Sano youngsters often take a race or two to reach full speed, and the token raise here wouldn’t seem to demand too much of her; positive ROIs for the barn with 2nd-time maidens and 2yos overall further her case; outer post can help the underrated Reyes with his trip. -Marty McGee| Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets  1:10 MTH 3rd HORSESHOE FALLS (#7, 5-2) stretches out and adds blinkers and both of those are positive angles for trainer Wayne Potts; she goes long for the first time but the barn also does well with this move, winning at 18% and posting a $4.42 ROI, and she comes out of a race where the winner posted a Beyer (65) that was well above par for the class and distance (50). -Kenny Peck | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 2:02 GP 4th With more than 1,050 wins in a 40-year training career, David Braddy has seen and done and forgotten more than a lot of his colleagues, all of which means little by itself; still, in this particular spot, Braddy could be mighty dangerous with a firster such as FURCIFEROUS (#3, 6-1), knowing the trainer’s 0-fer record with limited firsters in recent times might well not apply here; Kerr homebred comes well-spotted when worth a very, very close look in what seems a suspect bunch for the level. -Marty McGee | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 2:10 PIM 4th WHAT A TRICK (#2, 4-1) finally found right spot when graduating at odds-on at Gulfstream on May 16. Blasted out to the early lead and kept pouring it on the stretch. Gets a class test stepping up to face older multiple-race winners in stakes debut, but respect her as the speed nearest the rail. -Dan Illman | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 2:11 MTH 5th CINQUE AMORE (#2, 4-1) faded late after setting a quick early pace in the opening stages last time out but that allowance field was much better than this group, with the winner routinely posting Beyers in the high 70’s, and registering an 81 in that score; this filly should be able to get clear in the opening stages and she figures to appreciate this cutback to five furlongs, the distance at which she broke her maiden two back. -Kenny Peck | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 2:43 PIM 5th SCOTTSDALE (#1, 7-2) drops with speed and that is often a huge handicapping angle in these bottom-level conditioned claimers. Pressed the winner from the outside here two weeks ago and tired in the stretch. Picks up an aggressive rider in Acosta and figures to be the one making the pace this time around. -Dan Illman | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 3:11 WO 5th KEEN SAMURAI (#6, 12-1) is a DRF Best Bet (Ron Gierkink). | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 3:47 PIM 7th Trainer Claudio Gonzalez is 32 for the last 85 (38%, $2.91 ROI) with newly-claimed dirt routers and he took MIAMI MUMBLES (#5, 9-2) earlier in the month following a runner-up effort. He’ll need a little pace help up front, but he seems very comfortable at this distance and should be staying on in the lane. -Dan Illman | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 4:11 LAD 2nd LIL HOT TODDY (#4, 5-1) makes a couple of notable moves. For one, she returns to dirt and her last two wins on form have come on the main track. LIL HOT TODDY also cuts back to one turn and the last time she raced at the configuration she was a winner at this seven-eighths of a mile trip. -Mary Rampellini | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 4:15 WO 7th SHANGASSAH (#4, 10-1) rallied from off quick fractions for second in his comeback in a lower NW3 route on the main track won by Juan Pablo, who subsequently ran second in an N1X. Note that he was competitive in all four of his inner turf excursions. -Ron Gierkink | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 4:37 LAD 3rd INTHEALY (#1, 9-2) has speed and the rail and also owns the field’s best last-race, and career, Beyer Figure. On a pedigree point, he’s from a stakes-winning mare who ran out $217K. -Mary Rampellini | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 4:48 WO 8th SPIKE (#6, 10-1) has worked nicely since a wide fourth-place finish in his first start of the meet on the main track. Judging by his debut in 2019, the lightly-raced 4yo might be at his best on the grass. -Ron Gierkink | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 4:50 PIM 9th Filter out FLAT RATE’s (#2, 5-1) Charles Town races and you’re left with a 33 to 1 victory at Laurel on New Year’s Eve 2020 and a 46 to 1 victory 19 days ago. It’s apparent he’s comfortable over this more conventional surface and he certainly didn’t look like a hopeless longshot when beating three of these last time. Expect him to get forward from his inner draw. -Dan Illman | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 5:02 MTH 11th STRONGERTHANUKNOW (#10, 8-1) was behind a couple of these same rivals in that last start when she was unable to make the lead, and she was caught wide on the turn, but if she’s pushed hard in the opening stages today she may be able to get to the front before the turn despite this wide post, as there’s not as much speed in this field; should offer some value, too. -Kenny Peck | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets 5:53 WO 10th BENLION (#3, 9-2) had a terrible trip while stick in traffic in the stretch in his season debut, a race you can draw a line through. His final 2020 race was good, and he shouldn’t be held off much longer. -Ron Gierkink | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
