Daily Racing Form has served as the most trusted source of news and information about the sport since 1894, and moving forward we have decided to provide a free daily playbook – something that both hardcore horseplayers and casual observers can reference to get informed of each day’s action. 12:30 GP 2nd MR TITO'S (#4, 5-1) defeated much this same bunch two back, ran well in defeat behind in form Benefactor last time. -Mike Welsch | Get PPs for this race  12:50 AQU 2nd WHISTLING BIRDS (#9, 8-1) has never won sprinting in his career but he has run well over this distance in the past and has also been effective over a one-turn mile several times; won off the claim for Englehart at Finger Lakes before missing some time and now cuts back third off the layoff. -Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race  12:58 GP 3rd THELASTBULLETSMINE (#9, 5-1) was well backed debuting for higher tag, lost all chance at the start in debut now plunges to the bottom and well drawn outside. One more chance. -Mike Welsch | Get PPs for this race  2:28 GP 6th MISS MIKAELA (#4, 8-1) very dangerous if she can get loose early on from Corey. Ran big in defeat last time when second best behind Crumb Bun. Not facing that kind in this spot. -Mike Welsch | Get PPs for this race  2:39 AQU 6th ELOQUENT SPEAKER (#5, 12-1) was probably better than she looked before winning two in a row over this track earlier this year following a trainer change; hasn't been that competitive in her three most recent starts, but two of those came vs. open company, and the other was the slow-paced Dancin Renee that was dominated on the lead; should have more pace in front of her here and she tries gamely in the stretch. -Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race  2:45 TAM 6th SHIVAREE (#3, 5-2) is a DRF Best Bet (Kenny Peck). | Get PPs for this race  3:09 AQU 7th CRYPTO CASH (#4, 6-1) is just 1 for 8 on dirt so far, but he has faced some pretty tough competition in his infrequent starts on this surface, and the one win was a strong effort early on over this distance; got outpaced going seven last time, before rallying gamely behind a front-running winner and should have a better setup this time. -Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race  3:21 OP 5th LONG TERM THINKING (#6, 4-1) is a consistent performer who has been a popular claim among horsemen. For this trip he adds a set of blinkers, which is a high percentage equipment move for Diodoro, according to statistics from Daily Racing Form. -Mary Rampellini | Get PPs for this race  3:37 AQU 8th JUST READ IT (#4, 20-1) ran better than it looks in her debut last December while chasing a favored Wesley Ward filly on a strong rail from the start, then took a nice step forward while winning her next two dirt starts, including the Cicada, before missing time; didn't run poorly at all last time after breaking slowly and then getting caught behind horses on the backstretch, before rallying for 3rd. -Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race  3:45 TAM 8th GEMO (#8, 10-1) ran into some traffic on the turn in his local debut, moving toward the rail in the lane and then closing with a but of interest; may prefer an outside flow, and he should get that here, as he is widest of the eight entered and there are a couple of confirmed speeds to his inside. -Kenny Peck | Get PPs for this race  4:15 TAM 9th GEM MINE (#3, 7-2) was off the board while never threatening in her debut but she earned a representative Beyer despite finishing 8th, and she certainly has license to improve with that sprint debut under her belt; unraced dam's lone starter won a couple of dirt sprints but trainer Christophe Clement does very well with 2-year-olds stretching out on turf (29%, $2.53 ROI). -Kenny Peck | Get PPs for this race  5:05 GP 11th MERLIN (#6, 5-1) taken at a price off a couple of strong works with older and vastly more accomplished mate on the Tapeta. Sheds blinkers. Looks to be facing a notch softer than last time. -Mike Welsch | Get PPs for this race  5:58 LRC 7th Only eight entered, but this N1X sprint is deep. TETON VALLEY (#5, 10-1) gets the call based on high speed figures and ability to rally from behind in a field loaded with speed. Though normally a front-runner/presser, he rallied wide from the back last out to finish a close fourth in a fast race. A similar strategy here would be ideal. -Brad Free | Get PPs for this race  8:35 RP 2nd ON THE BRIDGE (#6, 6-1) may not have cared for stakes foes three back nor route foes two back. Those efforts 4 and 5 back are more like it as is most recent. Just enough race flow to keep things honest up front and the price should be decent if 6-1 morning line is any indication. -Scott Ehlers Get PPs for this race  10:27 RP 6th TWICE AS GOOD (#12, 8-1) is by a 0 for 1 debut sire (all sire stats are for 2YO's only). Her dam was un-raced and this is her first foal. Lack of breeding info helps the price. Works are perfect and we really like Nov 9th gate work. Elliott lands here and that says volumes. SOLA has proven speed versus a bunch of first time starters. Beaten favorite thrice but best effort came going this distance in debut. -Scott Ehlers | Get PPs for this race  11:23 RP 8th BIRD HUNTER (#11, 8-1) ran evenly in her debut even after breaking second to last. She should have learned a ton in her debut and now adds a full furlong while drawing best. Four of six sibs beat winners and they earned 174K, 228K, 100K, and 89K. Two recent works helps the cause. -Scott Ehlers | Get PPs for this race  11:51 RP 9th LAST MARTINI (#5, 15-1) is the value. He just ran better and has some upside. Notice that he has tried nothing but two turns in career. Class jump helps the price. -Scott Ehlers | Get PPs for this race
