1:10 AQU 3rd MOONLIT WEEKEND (#2, 8-1) progressed up to the maiden win on the class drop earlier this year, then continued to develop before being claimed by Rudy at Saratoga; has been in too tough in both starts for the new connections, including that last one on turf; back to dirt dropping back down with tactical speed. - Mike Beer

1:45 WO 2nd LEGALLY CHARITABLE (#4, 3-1) closed from off slow fractions to finish a lapped-on second with a 54 Beyer when dropping to this $5K NW2 class three weeks ago--the Beyer par for this level is 55. - Ron Geirkink

2:09 AQU 5th PRINCESS MISCHIEF (#6, 5-1) made a useful debut at Saratoga while bumping into top juvenile NY-bred filly With the Angels, as well as three other next-out winners; she faced one of those next-out winners in the sloppy Lady Finger at Finger Lakes, where she chased from the outside in a race that featured no passing; was not aggressively ridden by Rosario in that last one and was left with too much to do, but she finished up very well in that spot to be a gaining third; one more chance. - Mike Beer

3:02 GP 6th LASSO (#6, 3-1) comes off best yet behind speedy Raging Fury who led throughout, running off screen in well graded dash, this level, four weeks earlier. Not facing that kind today. - Mike Welsch

4:07 AQU 5th JUDGE RULES (#5, 8-1) has been racing competitively to no avail on turf recently, though he has shown no improvement on that surface; capable on dirt and hit the board in both prior starts vs maiden claimers on this surface, the most recent of those when facing an odds-on MSW dropper. - Mike Beer

4:33 DMR 3rd READY TO POUNCE (#7, 6-1) returns to the DMR surface on which he scored a highly rated win for $25k in September. His next two starts can be disregarded. One was a N1X allowance, the other a sprint. Back to two turns, back with claiming company, he has natural speed to be forwardly placed. If her runs back to his Sept. 5 win over the track, he can win. - Brad Free

4:35 GP 9th DEAR DAD holding own with some good ones on Tapeta and grass before going to the sideliness after finishing second with same kind on the lawn here in late May. Like the way he's training for return. Just a matter of whether he might need one off the bench. - Mike Welsch

5:35 DMR 5th Runner-up her last two starts vs. similar maiden-40 fillies and mares, GUITAR GIRL (#5, 4-1) is due for a maiden win. She has speed and moves from the rail to an outside post (5 of 7) - Brad Free

7:59 RP 2nd MIA IS SHORT (#1, 5-2) has been knocking on the door at this level and seems due to graduate soon. She is one of several leading contenders on the card for Cabrera - Mary Rampellini

8:57 RP 4th JUTE BOX (#3, 7-2) has a two-turn start under his belt on account of the turf race last time and now moves to the main track and he is one who is bred to excel on dirt as a son of Tapit and a mare by Breeders' Cup Classic winner Drosselmeyer. - Mary Rampellini
