12:20 AQU 1st CLEAR CONSCIENCE (#1, 9-2) is by versatile sire Blame (10% with juvenile first-time starters, 13% with turf routers); dam only ran twice and broke her maiden over AQU turf with an 84 Beyer; her first foal is 3 for 6, all on turf; draws the rail for one of the top first-out trainers in the game. -Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
12:25 GP 1st GLASS STAR (#2, 9-2) was no match for a runaway 3-2 favorite who was dropping from $50K but it was an encouraging debut as she broke a step slow and had to steady going into the turn. She should move forward for Garcia who has solid numbers with second-time starters. -Ranyd Goulding | Get PPs for this race
1:18 AQU 3rd BATTLE SCARS (#1, 12-1) rallied gamely to win each of his first two starts from off the pace (one sprint, one route); got into some late traffic and was blocked briefly when coming up short in his NY debut late last year; lone start so far as a 4yo was a good effort trying to rally into a moderate pace at Saratoga. -Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race
1:20 WO 1st FABULEUX AT DAWN (#3, 4-1) is by the good 15% 2yo debut sire Souper Speedy, and her stakes-placed dam produced two stakes-placed runners. She goes with blinkers and Lasix with the bug Jones riding for a trainer who can have one ready. -Ron Gierkink | Get PPs for this race
2:10 LRL 5th BOONDOGGLE (#9, 6-1) prompted a moderate pace from in between horses, split rivals on the turn, and got away from nickel claimers over this seven-furlong distance. He's run well for higher claiming tags in the past and owns the tactical speed to work out a stalking trip while outside and clear of traffic issues. -Dan Illman | Get PPs for this race
2:16 AQU 5th SA FORADADA (#2, 8-1) is a DRF Best Bet (Mike Beer). | Get PPs for this race
2:39 LRL 6th IN VAIN (#9, 6-1) pushed the fast pace set by 2-1 favorite Chromplated Heart (finished third), made a brief lead in the stretch and stayed on for second in recent conditioned claimer. Steps up to face multiple winners this afternoon, but the consistent filly hit the board in her last six starts, and owns the tactical gear to sit a stalking trip from just behind the leaders. -Dan Illman | Get PPs for this race
3:38 LRL 8th RESPONSE TIME (#8, 6-1) gave a game try when wired by multiple stakes-placed Paisley Singing 19 days ago. Prompted that one outside and never stopped haranguing the winner all the way. The fifth-finisher returned to win a second-level allowance at Finger Lakes by 5 1/4 lengths on Tuesday. -Dan Illman | Get PPs for this race
3:56 WO 6th BIG RANSOM (#4, 8-1) met tougher in his two grass outings, in the rich Cup and Saucer Stakes and a maiden special for Ontario-bred graduates of any sale. The son of Big Brown is the second foal from a two-time synthetic winner at Woodbine, and note that he worked a fast half on the Tapeta Oct. 23. -Ron Gierkink | Get PPs for this race
5:00 DMR 4th MORAWETH (#6, 4-1) returns to the DMR main track on which he ran well finishing second and third with respectable figures in summer. After splitting the field last out in a turf sprint at Santa Anita, he is back on dirt with tactical speed to stay within striking range in a race that might not unfold at a particularly fast tempo. -Brad Free | Get PPs for this race
5:26 WO 9th SCENIC HOLIDAY (#1, 15-1) is a DRF Best Bet (Ron Gierkink). | Get PPs for this race
7:15 YR (Harness) 2nd LIT DE ROSE (#5, 3-1) took money in her return from Canada and was unable to get involved as they were walking up front. Classy mare drops to face easier and will be put in play early by driver/trainer Pat Lachance. – Matt Rose | Get PPs for this race
8:00 WBS (Harness) 4th L DEES PATRICK (#4, 7-2) gets to face easier for this third start back from a layoff and he gets a big driver upgrade from Anthony to his brother James MacDonald; top call. – Garnet Barnsdale | Get PPs for this race
9:59 RP 5th PATE (#9, 5-1) ran a promising second in her debut, breaking on top from the rail and showing speed throughout. For the effort she earned a strong Beyer Figure of 70. -Mary Rampellini | Get PPs for this race
