?q=100)
Daily Racing Form has served as the most trusted source of news and information about the sport since 1894, and moving forward we have decided to provide a free daily playbook; something that both hardcore horseplayers and casual observers can reference to get informed of each day's action.
19 GP 2nd PAISAN (#5, 9-2) a half to $111K earner Manofusion by top sire Khozan and certainly well prepared for debut with ten works on resume' dating back to mid-March. -Mike Welsch | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
32 BEL 4th WHIMSICAL DANCE (#5, 5-1) was let go at a big price as the lone first-time starter in the field on debut, that despite having a strong pedigree behind her; didn't look like a 20/1 shot in that race while powering around the field on the turn and then pulling away late, despite greenly lugging in; ran better than it looks in that last one while steadying behind horses on the turn and then having to force her way clear in the stretch. -Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
34 BEL 6th LEDDY (#7, 6-1) won his first two starts back from the layoff last year with improved figures, before moving up in class to no avail; was last seen trying to get a mile in a difficult spot while forced to chase a class-dropping, blowout winner (91 Beyer); actually ran well in that spot to hold second into deep stretch before finally giving in; cuts back with tactical speed off the Maker claim. -Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
45 WO 6th ADMISSIBLE (#4, 12-1) worked nicely from the gate May 7 before another above-average drill a week later on the training track. The daughter superb 16% first-out sire Speightstown hails from the family of graded stakes winners Ready to Please and Ready's Gal. -Ron Gierkink | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
18 WO 7th MACHINA (#6, 7-2) is a DRF Best Bet (Ron Gierkink). | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
27 GP 8th MYSTIC LANCELOT (#5, 6-1) like several of the leading contenders here a hanging type but like the stretch around two turns, return to grass and even more so impressive Tapeta work for this last weekend. Shaky call in a very wide open one. -Mike Welsch | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
15 GG 3rd This is an interesting field in which three of the five entrants won their last starts. DRESS REHEARSAL (#4, 4-1) is a narrow choice on the strength of a win in a conditional $12,500 claimer on April 16. She closed from fifth to lead late after a wide rally and end a nine-race losing streak. Dress Rehearsal should have a pace to follow in this small field and can have a similar trip from off the pace. -Steve Andersen | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
05 GG 8th The benefit of a recent prep race should help the multiple stakes winner TOP EXECUTIVE (#2, 6-1) in this optional claimer at six furlongs. Top Executive was a good third in a similar race on April 23, racing in a stalking position throughout from a rail post. He won his second start after a layoff last May and has every right to improve in the competitive field. -Steve Andersen | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
