12:43 TAM 2nd HENNI PENNY (#1, 8-1) is a DRF Best Bet (Kenny Peck). | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
12:50 AQU 1st DUSTED (#6, 5-1) a firster by the versatile Hard Spun and out of a dam who won five times in her career with over $300k in earnings, and who had speed; second dam was a stakes-winning dirt sprinter; Levine can win with a firster and he has had success when reaching out for Carmouche with horses like this - first-time starter, maiden claimer: 2 for 4 since the end of 2020, $7.57 ROI, with one of the also-rans finishing 2nd at 13:1 odds. -Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
2:02 GP 4th WITH LIBERTY (#5, 10-1) lost best chance when jostled about at the start in her debut. Gets Lasix, showing promise in a.m. for hot barn. -Mike Welsch | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
2:13 TAM 5th TIL THE END (#9, 12-1) hasn't won since April but he has been racing exclusively on Gulfstream's synthetic strip and he gets back on the turf today, which figures to move him up, as he clearly prefers this surface; best back figures are plenty good enough to win this and he may be overlooked some in the wagering. -Kenny Peck | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
2:18 AQU 4th MONTAUK DADDY (#6, 8-1) has mostly concentrated on turf throughout his career, but he has run some good races on this surface when given the chance, including a front-running score over this track last January; drops back down in class for his second start off the claim and should be running and gunning from the start. -Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
2:32 GP 5th DIPPY EVANS (#7, 5-1) a fresh face to average category and seemed to show fondness for turf in most recent drill. Might be good enough off the bench with this bunch. -Mike Welsch | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
2:43 TAM 6th STREET LAMP (#8, 5-1) was moving well late in that first start off the freshening, a sprint where the speeds held an edge in terms of race flow (note the inverted "S" in DRF pp line); the resulting Beyer gives him credibility and trainer Tim Hamm's record 2nd time off the layoff suggests there's a decent chance he can run back to it. -Kenny Peck | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
2:55 LRL 6th DATS A SUPERSTAR (#1, 8-1) adds Lasix for first start following short layoff. Overmatched in dirt debut at Aqueduct two back, she split two next-out winners in final start at two (third-finisher Joe Mike Jim returned to graduate for $32,000 with a 55 Beyer). Broke in a bit, raced midpack behind a strong pace, dropped inside turning for home and showed late interest. -Dan Illman | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
3:37 GP 7th DEMOGORGON (#7, 12-1) will have to improve from a Beyer standpoint off solid showing last time on the Tapeta but grass could be the great equalizer as she's shown promise in the a.m. on a couple of occasions over the PM sod. -Mike Welsch | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
3:52 TUP 3rd PANCAKES AND BEER (#6, 12-1) is just better of late and we think her recent turf try was better than it looks. Why? Well, she was facing first time winners and switching to the turf all while sent off at 46-1 yet she was only 3 1/2 lengths back with a furlong to go before tiring. She has a recent work and keeps Corbett all while returning to the dirt. -Scott Ehlers | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
3:57 AQU 7th EPONA'S DREAM (#6, 6-1) gamely prevailed in an off-the-turf race going longer to break her maiden at Saratoga last summer, then won again at the next best opportunity in November; good try last month when chasing wide and just coming up short in the slop. -Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
4:25 TUP 4th OPAL CREEK (#7, 5-1) gets good race flow as there is a lot of speed in this stakes race. It isn't easy to ship in from Canada and win here let alone do that when first on the grass. This filly has worked three times since her maiden breaker and goes for a barn that is 3 for 6 in stakes. New jock is noted as Wade out hurt. -Scott Ehlers | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
4:30 AQU 8th RYE RUNNER (#4, 20-1) has yet to come close in four attempts on dirt so far, though the first two of those came early on in a pair of very strong MSW fields; didn't run as poorly as it may appear last time while making a long, early run into a fast pace after getting bumped at the start, and he will be a big price in here. -Mike Beer | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
4:33 OP 6th HONEY PARADE (#9, 4-1) is a class play as one who has seen steeper. -Mary Rampellini | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
4:42 GP 9th EXCHANGE DAY (#4, 6-1) is a DRF Best Bet (Mike Welsch). | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
5:30 TUP 6th ADD ON (#3, 10-1) is a hard trier that just won on the turf even though his turf breeding is OK at best. New barn returns him to the dirt and that is fine with us. It seems this gelding got a taste of winning when breaking his maiden in his 10th start and liked it. Main pace foes are the 7 and 9 but this guy obviously draws inside both of them. -Scott Ehlers | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
5:39 OP 8th MESA MOON (#10, 6-1) is appealing as a five-time winner facing some less-experienced rivals. He also draws a post that might give Gonzalez some nice options. -Mary Rampellini | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
6:35 TUP 8th NEXT JOURNEY (#9, 6-1) is a DRF Best Bet (Scott Ehlers). | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
8:00 MED (Harness) 6th GOES DOWN SMOOTH (#4, 8-1) did an about face with a much improved effort last time in his first pari-mutuel start for this barn. This guy has some class and if Johnson has him figured out, a win here is very possible. – Derick Giwner | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
8:15 YR (Harness) 5th TIME OUT I’M TIRED (#4, 4-1) was reclaimed by trainer Bako last week and he looked very good in this barn in two starts last December. – Matt Rose | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
9:00 WBS (Harness) 7th MY MOTHER PEARL (#7, 3-1) drops, gets driver Jamieson and her potent late kick should play well here; top call. – Garnet Barnsdale | Get PPs for this race | Bet this race with DRF Bets
