DRF past performances enhancements

Beginning with Wednesday, June 15 online and print versions of Daily Racing Form, the following enhancements will be implemented in DRF past performances:

1) New Race Headers - track diagram centered in blank space, components top aligned.

2) Jockey/Trainer Combinations - We will now provide jockey/trainer combinations using the same timeframe as current trainer form (back to Jan. 1 of prior year). We will use two sets of statistics that will be right adjusted with right border of past performances:

���a) Overall record- The subject J/T combo's record at all tracks in that timeframe.
���b) "At the track" record- The subject J/T combo's record specifically at that track.

3) New Trainer Form Categories

���a) DebutMCL- How a trainer's starters perform when making their first career start in a maiden claiming race.
���b) Debut>=1Mile - How a trainer's starters perform when making their first career start and that distance is at a mile or over.

4) Sealed Track Designation - We will print a superscript "s" immediately to the right of the track condition to denote a sealed track. Equibase began collecting this data on May 1, 2005, so only races beginning on that date forward will be labelled accordingly.

5) "Previously trained by" Stats - We will provide trainer stats for the previous trainer using the same logic that we currently do for "Claimed from" trainers. Displayed will be the previous trainer's YTD record as of the date in which he last raced the horse. If it's in the first quarter of the calendar year, it will display the trainer's full prior year record.
