Live Harness racing returns to Bally's Dover Downs for the upcoming 53rd season on Monday, October 31 and continues through Thursday, March 30. Dover Downs will conduct an 83-day meet and race Monday through Thursday with a 4:30 pm post time. Live harness racing will be dark from December 20 through December 26 and return on December 27. The Matron Stakes will return to the five-eighths mile oval in Dover, Delaware. All 2-year-old eligibles will compete on Thursday, November 3 and 3-year-old eligibles will compete on Thursday, November 10. The Progress Pace eliminations and final are scheduled for consecutive weeks on November 17 and November 23.  Delaware Standardbred Breeders' Fund ( DSBF) will also host eliminations and finals at Dover: 2-Year-Olds: 11/7 to 11/16 ($20,000 Elims); 11/21 to 11/23 ($100,000 Finals) 3-year-olds: 11/28 to 12/8 ($20,000 Elims); 12/12 to 12/15 ($100,000 Finals) Qualifying races are on Wednesdays at 10 am.
