A ruling issued Sunday afternoon by the Oaklawn Park board of stewards that strips the horse Coyotepass from his win in a March 8 race because of a medication positive will have an impact on jockey Tim Doocy's career win count. Doocy, who rode the horse, had reached 5,000 career victories in the 11th race Saturday at Oaklawn, but with the ruling issued Sunday his count officially stood at 4,999 entering the card, according to Equibase representative Jeff Taylor. The ruling has not yet been appealed, stewards said on Sunday.
