GET READY BERTIE owns valuable winning experience around two turns, and with speed horses drawn to her inside, she may get a solid pace to run at in the Demoiselle. It's quite possible she didn't handle Polytrack when off the board in the Alcibiades at Keeneland, and her prior effort yielded a facile win at Arlington at 1/5 odds. Get Ready Bertie beat a promising Nick Zito runner named Autobahn Girl last time at Churchill, and she may come charging in the lane at a solid price. MISS GOODNIGHT and SUPER NATASCHA are the other two runners in the race with winning two-turn races on their form, and they finished 1-2 in the recent Blue Hen Stakes at Delaware. The former has better Beyer Speed Figures, and will make the important third start of the form cycle while Super Natascha shows an improving Beyer profile. Both fillies are trained by horsemen that have won classic races. RIVANNA RIVER makes first start for new connections following gate-to-wire win over Polytrack at Woodbine. She figures to be sent to the front again in here, but there are some distance concerns for her to address. SUCCESSFUL OUTLOOK showed a lot of professionalism in winning the Grade 3 Tempted in only her second lifetime start, and she rated off the pace to boot. Her tactical speed makes her a very dangerous contender, but this will be her first start around two turns.
