On the undercard of Thursday's Little Brown Jug at the Delaware County Fair, a number of Ohio Breeders Championship events took place.

$53,808 (div.) Three-Year-Old C&G Trot

Favorites Rose Run Xtra (Chris Page) and Longshot (Chris Lems) won their respective OBC flights for this group. Rose Run Xtra, a son of Cash Hall trained by Ron Burke for owners Burke Racing Stable LLC., Hatfield Stables, Knox Services Inc., and Jason Melillo, led throughout and won in 1:55, while Longshot, by Long Tom and trained by Scott Cox for owners Wayne Mast Jr. and Camllam Racing LLC., scored from first-over in 1:54.

$120,214 Two-Year-Old C&G Pace

Racing Rampage (Aaron Merriman) cleared to the front just after the 27 4/5 opening quarter in this dash and never looked back, prevailing by three-parts of a length in 1:54. Trainer Darren Dowler also co-owns Racing Rampage, a gelding by Racing Hill, with partner Lawrence Bettler.

$55,382 (div.) Three-Year-Old C&G Pace

Sling Shock, driven by Brett Miller for Steve Carter ripped off a 1:49 3/5 mile in the second split for the sophomore colt and gelding pacers. He re-moved to the top after the 27 second opening quarter, and after putting up middle-half stations of 55 and 1:22 3/5, he fought off a first-up Odds On Capitalism (Dexter Dunn) to win by half a length for owners Michael Cimaglio, William Richardson, William Salmeri, and Rhonda Gilmartin.

Dragoonthebeach made every pole a winning one back in the opening test for this division, tallying by four lengths in 1:51 4/5 for driver Tyler Smith and trainer Kelly O'Donnell. A gelding by Fear The Dragon, Dragononthebeach is owned by breeder Emerald Highlands Farm.
