Delaware County Fair: Hannah, Keystone Eureka take Standardbred splits

Hannah (trot) and Keystone Eureka (pace) were the winners of the Standardbred divisions for 2-year-old fillies that took place on the undercard of Wednesday's Jugette at the Delaware County Fair.
Andy Miller and Hannah led all the way (28 4/5, 58 1/5, and 1:27 1/5) in the $46,000 trot and closed in 28 4/5 to win by 3 1/2 lengths in 1:56. Skyway Tenacious (Peter Wrenn) was second, with Mizzy Brenda K (Mike Wilder) third.
A daughter of Muscle Hill-Viva Las Lindy, Hannah is trained by Julie Miller for owners Andy Miller Stable Inc., Dumain Haven Farm, and Little E LLC. This was her third win from nine tries, and she has now put away $61,779. She was the 4-5 favorite and paid $3.80 to win.
In the pace, which went for $46,800, Dance Club (Matt Kakaley) got to the lead near the 27 second opening quarter, then went on to hit the half in 55 3/5 and the three-quarters in 1:24 4/5. Pocket-sitter Don't Speak (Brett Miller) angled out to take her shot past three-quarters, with Keystone Eureka (Tim Tetrick) tipping out three-wide off Miller's helmet late on the last turn.
The fillies battled four-wide through the lane, but Keystone Eureka found the wire first, prevailing by three-parts of a length in 1:55. Coral Reef Hanover (Wilder) closed well while widest for second, and Don't Speak came in third.
Keystone Eureka is a Somebeachsomewhere-Sir Erika Z Tam filly trained by Ryan Miller for owner Miller Racing Stable Inc. She now has a record of 2-5-0 from eight efforts, and she pushed her bankroll to $59,396. The 5-2 second choice, she returned $7.40 to win.
