DEL MAR, Calif. - The pick six proved impossible to solve for the second consecutive day at Del Mar on Friday, leading to a massive carryover of $619,482 for Saturday’s 10-race program.

Here is a glance at the scratch time changes from Friday for Saturday’s program.

The pick six begins in the fifth race, which will go off at approximately 4 p.m. Pacific. The race is a one-mile optional claimer on the main track, which features the United States debut of Holding Glory, a Group 1 winner in Brazil earlier this year.

In the sixth race, Patrick Valenzuela, who returns to riding on Saturday for the first time since November, has been named to ride Mary Fildes. The also-eligibles from that race were scratched – Camryn Kate, Burns Turn, Meltarib, and Toomanytomatoes – leaving a field of 10 in an allowance race over a mile on turf.

In the seventh race, Shysheisnot has been withdrawn, leaving a field of 10 in a maiden race for 2-year-old California-bred fillies over 5 1/2 furlongs.

There are no changes in the eighth race, the $300,000 Clement Hirsch Stakes for fillies and mares over 1 1/16 miles. The Grade 1 Hirsch has a field of nine, led by defending champion Include Me Out. Byrama, the winner of the Grade 1 Vanity Handicap at Betfair Hollywood Park in June, will be well-supported.

In the ninth race, a $16,000 claimer who have not won two races, Prime Number and Porchetto will not start, leaving a field of 10 in the race over 6 1/2 furlongs.

The final race will have no more than 10 starters. Scofield Barracks was scratched from the also-eligible list on Friday.

As of Friday, there were 13 horses still in the race, which will have a safety limit of 10 runners.
