RACE 4

KEY's - MR LEMON TREE

B's - BRO'S BRO, PULLA TRAIN

MR LEMON TREE has been on the bench since a pair of inside trips last summer here as a 2yo. He goes first time here for low profile, but solid, conditioner.

RACE 5

KEY's - ROUSING SERMON, HOLDING GLORY, CONGENIAL

B's - HUNTSVILLE, AMERICAN ACT, TONES, HALF STRIKE, YOU KNOW I KNOW

C's - MEGA HEAT, DA RULER

ROUSING SERMON is the logical favorite here and barn been going well at the meet. Always respect Avila's Brazilian imports and HOLDING GLORY is his latest, a Group 1 winner who apparently has been working well for his first North American start. CONGENIAL is one of Patrick Valenzuela's mounts on his first day back, and should be prominent throughout.

RACE 6

KEY's - HEART STEALER

B's - MARY FILDES, CONTROLLED CHAOS, PRETTYPRICEYGIRL

C's - WARREN'S FLASHER

In an otherwise paceless race, HEART STEALER should be leading them to the 1/8 pole and has showed some grit despite being passed in the lane in his last pair.

DEL MAR PICK 3 (RACES 6-8) by Brad Free

The Pick 3 play on Saturday at Del Mar is races 6-8, with singles front and back.

Race 6 is a mile turf allowance for fillies and mares. HEART STEALER (#10) can steal it at 7-2.

Race 7 is for California-bred 2-year-old maiden fillies. With favorites vulnerable, it is a "buy" race using all 12 starters.

Race 8 is Grade 1 Hirsch; INCLUDE ME OUT (#9) should win as a single. Longshot VIA VILLAGGIO (#5) is interesting; a second ticket can be played adding the outsider.
