Dec. 5 hearing into All American Futurity

The New Mexico State Racing Commission has set a Dec. 5 stewards' hearing for trainer Heath Taylor regarding a positive caffeine test on Stolis Winner following his victory in the $1.9 million All American Futurity for Quarter Horses at Ruidoso Downs on Sept. 1. The hearing will be held at Zia Park.

Taylor said late last month that the $1 million winner's share of the race was paid out more than 30 days ago.
