* A Bloodstock Notes item about a lawsuit filed by Thoroughbred owner Jess Jackson against a former bloodstock adviser misstated the amount Jackson claims he was defrauded. The suit claims Jackson was defrauded of "at least $3.2 million," not $8 million. Jackson is suing for a total of $8,574,348, an amount that includes damages.

* A page 1 photo caption on Thursday misspelled the surname of Bernardini's trainer. He is Tom Albertrani, not Albertani.
