* Because of an editing error, an article about the addition of four stakes races to the Breeders' Cup Win and You're In series misstated the distance of a new championship race. The Breeders' Cup Marathon will be run at 1 1/2 miles on the main track, not 1 5/8 miles.

* A Belmont Park notebook item misstated the race Desert Key won on Belmont Stakes Day. It was a first-level allowance, not a maiden race.

* Another item in the same Belmont Park notebook misstated the distance of a race won by Solar Flare. It was a mile and 70 yards, not 1 1/16 miles.
