* An article about the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies misstated the number of Breeders' Cup victories Ron McAnally would have if Izarra were to win the race. It would be his fifth Cup win, not his fourth. (He won with Bayakoa in 1989 and 1990, Paseana in 1992, and Northern Spur in 1995.)

* A Bay Meadows notebook item on misstated the terms of a stipulated agreement between the California Horse Racing Board and trainer Francisco Martin Jr. for a positive test for the opiate hydromorphone. The board stayed the $10,000 fine and 180-day suspension against Martin as long as he has no significant medication violations until June 20, 2008.
