Connecticut orders eBet USA to stop taking its residents' bets

Connecticut has ordered eBet USA, an horserace account-wagering company owned by Penn National Gaming Inc., to stop taking bets placed on the internet from state residents, according to a notice posted by eBet on its website. The notice said that Connecticut residents will still be able to place wagers through the system using the telephone.
