GP RACE 9: TIME TO DAZZLE was a dazzling debut winner at Woodbine before coming up empty in the Grade 2 Jessamine at Keeneland. She rebounded with a chalky allowance score most recently on Tapeta under Joe Bravo, who’s back aboard for this event and may have her hole card. OZARA brings improving stakes form to this contest while picking up Tyler Gaffalione, who’s 2 for 4 at the meet for trainer Christophe Clement. The Bill Mott trainees WASKESIU and SAN PANTALEO are both exiting authoritative maiden victories. LIFE’S AN AUDIBLE drew the outside post in her first outing since a five-length loss in the Grade 1 Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf, but retains Irad Ortiz Jr. and is hard to ignore. (5)
GP RACE 10: Even though he doesn’t have a dirt race on his resume, VALIANT FORCE is a worthy single off his charging second in the Grade 1 Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf Sprint. By the late Malibu Moon and out of a Quality Road mare, he possesses a quality dirt pedigree and has been working fast over Gulfstream’s main track for a 31 percent turf/dirt trainer. (1)

SA RACE 5: ISLAND CRUISER broke slowly from the rail before closing stoutly to just miss when debuting in a Nov. 2 maiden special that contained one next-out winner. Going back five years, trainer John Sadler had a 23 percent strike rate with maiden second-timers in turf sprints ($3.35 ROI). MONEY MAKES MONEY also missed the break at first asking before rallying wide to finish a close third in a shorter maiden special, after which he galloped out well. (2)
GP RACE 11: TYPHOON FURY was pinballed at the start before rallying outside for third third last out in the Central Park Stakes at Aqueduct. Luis Saez picks up the mount for hot trainer George Weaver, a successful combo. Grade 2 victor AGATE ROAD has been idle since landing on the edges in the Grade 1 Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf at Santa Anita and retains Irad Ortiz Jr. REMINDER and PALM TREE were both beaten a neck when second and third, respectively, after a troubled trip in Gulfstream’s Pulpit Stakes. SA RACE 7: DIAMONDS DANZING beat restricted allowance company two back in her first try over the over the unique downhill course and has since run well on the dirt under Mike Smith. MISS LIZZY is turning back off a win in a $50,000 starter while being reunited with the gifted Antonio Fresu and is versatile in terms of distance. LUNAR IMPACT also possesses valuable experience going down the hill and is getting back on Lasix while picking up the legendary Frankie Dettori. (3)
