Sire gets 9% first out winners and the dam was 0 for 4 prior to dropping a 3 time route winner from her lone foal to race; barn isn't known for firing right out of the box and the drills are the usual slow breezes at Saratoga, but they did pay 15 times the sire's stud fee for her at auction last fall.

Requestada

Sire gets 13% winners from his newcomers and the SW dam banked 140K while earning all 6 of her wins sprinting; she's kin to 5 sprint winners; works don't offer many clues and the barn has been on a poor run with their debut runners.

Unbridled Forever

Sire hits with 10% of his firsters and the dam was a local G1 Kentucky Oaks winner who earned 648K in her career prior to dropping a 2 time sprint winner from 2 foals to race; some of the drills are ok, but this gal comes from another outfit that doesn't usually ask for their best right out of the box.

Treaty Oak

Sire gets 12% winners from his debut runners and the dam was a route winner whose 4 foals to race were winners including one who won going long; barn gets them ready to go first out and a solid pilot is named off the short, but steady breezetab.

Tapiteao

Gray tries dirt and a route of ground for the initial time after failing to threaten in 2 turf sprints; gray goes for an outfit that boasts nice recent numbers on the surface switch and her lone sib is a limited main track route winner so maybe the added ground helps move her up here.

Enhanced

Drills are solid of late for this gal's unveiling for a barn that does nice work with its debut runners; sire gets 14% winners from his first out runners and the dam was a minor SW router and 133K whose lone foal to race is G2 SW router and 719K earner Prospective, this gal's full brother.

Piper Jade

Didn't have much to say in her Keeneland debut a few weeks back and now she'll try dirt while getting an extra panel in which to make her run; barn does well with its second out runners and they paid a decent amount for this gal at auction last year, but she's got some improving to do in order to threaten.

Playful Love

Unleashed a nice late kick to get second money at a shorter trip first out for a barn that does better with its runners who have had experience; 390K purchase gets more real estate to deal with in this spot, though there doesn't look to be much early foot on paper; dam was a G1 SP router and this gal's sire was a G1 SW going long so the added ground should only benefit her; one to hold off.

Adellusion

Exits another solid placing over synthetic footing, this one coming after breaking from an inside slot at Keeneland; her dam was a route winner and she did drop one foal who won going long so the added ground looks to be a no brainer for improvement, but her first morning move over today's new footing was rather slow; contender.

Queen Boss

Got going too late after breaking at the back of the pack in her Kentucky Downs turf sprint debut; maybe the new hood helps get her more involved early for this sharp second out barn and she's been working quite well on the local dirt of late; lone sib was a 3 time main track route winner; a top pilot sticks as well, so she can't be overlooked.

Race 2

Crowded Hour

Sire has won with one of two turf starters and he was 0-for-1 over turf in his career, and dam was winless from five starts, including four turf starts; possible early pace player must show up with an improved overall performance to get the better of this field.

Big Tom Prado

Have to respect what he showed us in his career debut going a mile, and even though that was against maiden claimers, he commands plenty of respect in this spot off of that performance; he's out of a dam who won 2 of 11 turf starts for 63k.

Birdsone

Sire wins with approximately 5% of his turf starters and this is the first foal from a minor stakes winning dam who won six of seven starts for 147k, and she didn't make a turf start; his form has been so-so at best and his pedigree is exactly crying out for turf.

St. James Park

He responded with a winning performance while making his first start for this barn at second asking and he's out of a stakes placed dam who won 2 of 17 turf starts for 106k; however, he must step it up along the Beyer Speed Figure scale to get the better of these.

El Bongo

Oklahoma-bred runner made it look pretty easy in his one turf start against 11 rivals at Remington Park but he will have to be ready to produce a sharper performance if he's to beat the top contenders in this spot.

Clueless Rusty

Sire wins with approximately 17% of his turf starters and dam won once from nine starts for 24k, including 1 of 4 turf starts for 16k; they were looking to get him over turf at second asking, so the surface switch might be a positive, but he's another who needs to take a noticeable step forward in order to contend.

Mygalsal

The move to turf and addition of blinkers agreed with this colt and he merits respect as a contender based on what he's done in his three turf attempts; he owns excellent positional speed and figures to sit a favorable trip just off of the early leaders.

Tiger Bourbon

Feel that it's fair to wonder if he's better off sprinting than routing, but it's not like his route form has been bad, and he has to be regarded as a top contender against these; this colt is a 1/2 to stakes winner War Tigress (3-19, 163k over turf).

Dobra Historia

Nicely bred colt is out of a G3 winning dam who won 6 of 17 starts for 342k, and like to see what he did at second asking when stretched out in distance; he has to prove that he can be as sharp racing over dirt, but this will be a favorable spot for him to land in if this race gets moved to the main track.

Race 3

Another Incident

Sire is 1-for-65 with 2-year-old debut runners; is out of a 5-0-1-1 dam (3K) who produced 6 winners from 8 other foals to race including 69K-earner Mywifenoseevrything (3-for-18); the rail draw is often a tricky post position for any inexperienced runner.

Raised On Robbery

Switches trainers and surfaces 1st time on dirt with mixed reviews from the worktab for this; was edged by the 2-back runner-up finisher who posted a 58 Beyer speed figure in her next-out KEE-MSW win; 0-for-11 juvenile trainer since 2012 does not add to the appeal.

And You Can

Sire is 1-for-29 with 2-year-old debut runners; is out of an unraced dam who produced 4 winners from 4 other foals to race including 1.2M-earning G1 Kentucky Oaks winner Believe You Can (8-for-14); view as a major player at 1st asking for a high-percentage debut trainer.

Ducasa

Troubled-educational unveiling on a synthetic surface hoping a clean gate break and that 1st-race experience will produce a much-improved effort; removes blinkers for this showing an improved-KEE workout for this; figures to be a pace presence who hopes to hang on late for a share.

Mizzen Miss

Sire is 16-for-197 with 2-year-old debut runners; is the 1st foal to race out of an unraced dam; the 0-for-20 debut trainer since 2012 and mild worktab on display has me taking a wait and see approach.

Goodtime Annie

Sire is 3-for-29 with 2-year-old debut runners; is out of an unraced dam who's only other foal to race is 4-for-21 Barefoot Bandit (70K); have mixed reviews from the worktab while racing for a 6%-winning 1ster barn since 2012.

Gamblers Rose

Projects as the one to catch here; the winner from last repeated in a CD-Grade 2 with an 81 Beyer; she beat the 4th and 5th-place finishers from last who Beyered 59-55 in next-out WO-MSW and ELP-30K-maiden-claiming wins.

Streaming Fire

Sire is 10-for-85 with 2-year-old debut runners; is out of a 2-for-15 dam (87K) who produced 4 winners from 6 other foals to race including 326K-earner stakes-placed Vicarian (7-for-41); trainer rarely connects with debut runners.

Light Striker

Back to CD dirt where she drilled a field-best Beyer speed figure 2-back at longer; cutting back to 6F seems like a perfect distance; high-percentage 2-year-old barn and jockey-trainer combo add to the appeal; figures to sit just off Gamblers Rose from the gate then get 1st run on the closers.

I Love Cher

Caught mud in the unveiling; deserves a 2nd chance on a fast oval; worked nicely on CD dirt for this after middle moving 1st-time out when taking no betting money out of town; view as a stalking presence who hopes to come up big in deep stretch.

Lucky Eight

Sire is 0-for-6 with 2-year-old debut runners; is the 1st foal out of a 1-0-0-0 dam; 1-for-53 debut trainer since 2012 does not add to the appeal however the worktab is filled with bullet workouts.

Annuity

The way she went evenly in the debut defeat more distance is needed and gets an extra furlong for this; a better gate break and overall trip should help the cause however the trainer is now 0-for the last-26 with 2nd-time maiden starters.

Race 4

Little Baker

Decent debut effort last month when staying within range for a good part of the running; his sire won a G1 and 591K overall while the dam involved was unraced; there are no winning siblings to highlight.

Perfect Puma

Newcomer was sired by G1 turf type Red Giant who amassed 1.09 million and whose offspring have won 3 of 24 debuts; the dam never made it to the starting gate; among the winning sibs is 51K earner Tirbracken.

Empire Crown

Moderate breeze pattern for this son of multiple G1 winner Empire Maker (his descendants have won 11 percent of their first attempts); the dam won 5 of 19 and 231K; winning siblings include 53K earner Anna Catarina.

Albano

Work tab has shown progression; his sire won a G3 and 461K (progeny of Istan have won only 1 of 43 initial races); the dam scored in 7 of 32 appearances earning 336K; winning siblings include 658K earner Mark Valeski.

Be Well

Offspring of Harlan's Holiday, a multiple G1 winner who captured 3.63 million, have scored in 66 out of 458 initial races; the dam won 4 of 14 and 122K; there are no winning siblings to mention.

Son of a Preacher

Sired by Pulpit, who won multiple G2s and 728K in total; his progeny are 73 for 611 as far as winning their first race; the mom won 3 of 9 and 519K; sib to 79K earner Unbridled Kimanchi.

Aggrandizement

See the runner Be Well, above, for information about the same talented sire; the dam of this filly was unraced; among the winning siblings is 28K earner Counselor Cabot; upgraded substantially in the latest half-mile drill.

Big Air

Eased in the first assignment at Saratoga at big odds but note some strong workouts since; his sire won a G1 and 1.02 million while the dam won 5 of 25 attempts and 92K; winning sibs include 484K earner Elusive Diva.

Mo's the Man

This gelding was sired by G1 victor Quiet American who notched 754K and whose descendants have won 38 out of 691 debuts; the dam won 1 of 6 and 57K; sib to 63K earner Wild About Irene.

Miss Da Sunrise

Flashed brief gate speed in his only try but was bet down to 5 to 2 that day; his sire won 2 of 4 and 85K while the dam won 6 of 44 and 125K; among the winning siblings is 145K earner Cat Shoes.

Class Leader

Beginner hails from G1 winner Smart Strike who netted 337K and whose progeny have won 113 out of 780 initial races; the dam won 10 of 27 and 582K; sib to multiple G1 winner Student Council who banked 1.56 million.

Big Island Boy

This grey's sire won multiple G2s and 751K (about 10 percent of Even the Score's offspring have won first time out); the dam lost her sole attempt; winning siblings include 211K earner Fletchers Cove.

Cee 'n O

Grade 3-placed runner has experience at the one-turn mile trip, and note the start came from the rail; gets back on dirt after the synthetic track out and his maiden win came over such a surface at Ellis; like a number of these, he is one who can share.

Phenomenalmoon

January foal got beat by a girl last time...but not just any girl; he hooked My Conquestadory, who after their meeting rocked Kee with a standout win in the Grade 1 Alcibiades; My Conquestadory is now pre-entered in both the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies and BC Juvenile Fillies Turf; as for this one, note the third-place finisher from the race he exits also came back to win a stakes in his next start, taking the $250K Cup and Saucer at WO with a Beyer of 75; gets back on the main track, and has experience at CD.

Almost Famous

February foal got it right in his debut, when he wired a maiden allowance field over the local strip in September; was flattered following the race, with Coastline returning in his next start to take a maiden special weight at Kee; has a chance to wire these and is bred for stakes success as dam was a multiple Grade 3 winner of $1.1mm; win candidate.

Coastline

He seems like a promising sort; he's been favored in both of his starts and last out conquered a demanding kind of distance similar to this one-turn mile trip; has natural speed, and could get an ideal tracking trip off familiar foe Almost Famous; dam was a Grade 3 winner of $271K; leading contender.

Ride On Curlin

Grade 1-placed at this one-turn mile trip last out, he was third in the Champagne won by Havana, who has since been pre-entered in the $2M Breeders' Cup Juvenile; as for this one, for his effort in the Champagne he earned what ranks as this field's best last-race Beyer Figure; believe he can be closer to the pace than he was last time; choice.

Chippewawhitechief

He's an accomplished sort as a stakes winner, having accounted for a statebred event in September; makes a a few notable moves as this will be his first start on dirt and first beyond six and a half furlongs; tough not to respect runner for his consistent nature; he's also had a chance to work over the main track at CD; can share.

Ichiban Warrior

He enters with his confidence soaring, as he sailed to a more than seven length maiden win last out at Kee; the race was his first start in blinkers; tries dirt for the first time here after starting his career on the grass, and gets pedigree support for the surface swtich; yet another who can share.

Race 6

Truly Royal

At least she got a feel of the strip; dam out of the money twice; the sibling that won cashed twice as older horse; lean toward watching another.

Nspeightofvickie

In tight when only a brief factor; dam was unraced; all 5 siblings won; top earner Keeping the Honor won at 2, earned nearly $150K; a clean trip and it could be a whole new ballgame.

Zen Lava

Far from disgraced in the local debut; 3 for 17 dam earned over $130K, lost only try at 2; this is her first to race; apparently not much of a work horse, but could see her sitting a nice stalk and pounce trip; interesting.

Flashy Dimontina

Had trained on the conventional, maybe just was educated on the synthetic; Grade 3 placed 3 for 25 dam won at 2, earned about $185K; 3 of 7 sibs won but none at 2; homebred has some things to iron out.

Fredette

Teuflesberg 3 for 25 with juvenile debuters; sire won thrice at 2, took a Grade 2, banked over $600K; dam took 3 stakes but didn't run at 2; all 3 sibs won but none at 2; love the spacing of these drills accentuated by the blowout on Wednesday.

Lonely Teardrops

Sky Classic has hit with about 8% of his juvenile debuters in a 274-horse sample; sire won in third start at 2, banked over $3 million; dam 0 for 3; this is her first to race; miss looks fit enough.

Smart N Soft

Smart Strike about 14% with juvenile firsters in a 379 runner sample; sire won 6 of 8, all as older horse; G2 winning 6 for 16 dam was 0 for 2 at 2, banked nearly $375K; 4 of 5 sibs won; two won at 2 including over $180K earner Wisp; barn on the patient side.

Sugar Shock

Candy Ride about 15% with juvenile debuters in a 186-runner study; sire didn't race at 2, was unbeaten in 6 outs, took G1 Pacific Classic; dam was unraced; this is her first to race;

Considering she was acting up and fractious, the debut was very solid; SW dam earned over $150K, lost only out at 2; 2 of 3 sibs; none won at 2 but kin Johnny Two by Four won over $100K; slight improvement and she will be right on the wire

Ghostzapper 10 for 98 with debuting juveniles; sire took juvenile debut by 9 with a 99 Beyer, was 2004 Horse of the Year; one for 7 dam won on turf, was 2nd in best juvenile moment; the sibling to win cashed once as older horse and it was a route; like fact she drilled this far multiple times.

Four Lakes

Miss could have sulked after walking out of the gate but she showed a little try; dam won only race as older horse on turf; all 5 sibs won; top kin Valentine Fever won twice at 2, earned over $225K; don't sell too short.

Reckless Tink

Zensational 3 for 25 with debuting juveniles; sire won multiple G1s, lost only start at 2; dam took 2 routes as older horse; this is her first to race; may need a race or two.

Brad's Ruby

Was much more keen to run with the new blinks last time; SW dam won at 2, earned over $100K in short career; the 3 sibs to race are a combined 0 for 14; note rider is 2 for 5 for this barn in the last year or so.

Race 7

Daring Dancer

Rolled home to break her maiden while sprinting first out at Laurel last month and now she'll try both a route and winners for the initial time; she's been breezing pretty well for this and she is kin to Hamp, a SP, 3 time turf winner, so maybe she keeps getting better on the stretchout; contender.

Fabulous Miss Bea

Looked good running away from maidens when sent long on the Indiana Downs green for the first time 2 back but came up empty in her first with winners at Keeneland; gray doesn't look to get much pace to track in here so maybe she finds herself closer early with the move inside; worth a look.

Commercial Flight

Recent graduate tries winners off the narrow Keeneland score; expect they'll again look to have her prominent early in a field without a defined pace scenario and she does have a right to be better second time at 2 turns; consider.

Personal Diary

Chased a Breeders Cup bound winner when trying synthetic footing for the initial time at Keeneland and now she'll get back to her preferred footing in this much softer spot; maiden win from well out of it was impressive and she was far from disgraced in the Kentucky Downs stake but given her style she'll need some help in front of her here.

Awesome Jill

Adds the hood for her second crack on the green after failing to threaten through a rough late run on the Keeneland sod; sire was a turf winner, but given the way this gal ran first time out she may just be best on dirt; siding with others.

Room Service

Looked pretty good running them down as the chalk first out over a tricky Kentucky Downs turf course; filly will tackle more ground in her first with winners, but her dam was a G3 SP, SW router and 230K earner whose other 2 foals to race are SWs either on the lawn or routing including 150K earner Major Gain, so she should like the added trip; looks to be a major player.

Art of the Game

Tries the green for the first time after showing she doesn't belong in the main track graded stakes ranks right now; her sire gets about 8% initial surface winners from his offspring, but the dam was a 3 time grass winner and 293K earner who was twice G1 SP over the stuff; could go a lot better on this new footing.

Be Nice Or Leave

Beat maidens by a neck on the green first time out at Arlington but wasn't able to step late at this level when bet down to chalk at Keeneland last time; Rosie sticks with the filly in her local course debut and given the condition of the footing in her maiden score maybe she'd appreciate it a little heavier here; price will be improved.

Bern Legacy

Just missed while trying stakes runners off the freshening second out at Louisiana Downs and was again given some time off that try; multiple turf SW dam banked 351K and dropped another foal who won several times on the green so this gal does have a right to keep getting better; not a lot of pace in here but she did show some early interest sprinting first time out so maybe she's able to sit closer to the pacesetters in her return; one to beat on the drop to this level.

Lil Miss Moxie

Outside drawn filly makes her first start for an outfit that has done ok of late with this type; she did need the drop to claimers to get involved in the outcome and her numbers are pretty light; have to side against the repeat from here.

Vickie's Joy

AE tries the lawn and winners, both for the initial time if she's able to draw in here; her numbers are very weak compared to what some of these have run an her sire gets about 8% first surface winners from his offspring; G1 SP dam was a turf winner but her lone foal to try the stuff was 0 for 4 over it.

Race 8

Bold Visionary

Colt should have his sea legs under him by now; stakes winning dam took debut at 2; 5 of 8 siblings won; top earner Pure Incentive won at 2, won routing, earned over $100K; respect everything from this barn.

Greyfell

Gelding showed a new wrinkle from off the pace last time as connections re-add the blinks; dam was unraced; all 3 sibs won, none at 2, one cashed routing; he's starting to figure it out.

Prayer On a Wing

Pinballed at the break, could have thrown in the towel, but came running like he will enjoy this distance; dam lost only out; lone half bro Xmas Sky won twice on grass as only runner; drill on the 11th screams off the canvas.

Fire Starter

Hung 5 wide but was still inching toward the winner late; dam banked over $100K, won 3 times, didn't go at 2; family solid, all 7 siblings won; one was a double winner at 2, there is turf route success in the tree and top kin Bordonaro was a blur that took a G1 and banked nearly $950K; another threat in a good betting affair.

Culprit

Solid connections thought enough of him to try the stakes; dam 0 for 7; the sibling that won took 3 sprints as older horse; don't ignore.

Tapiture

Slightly shorter trip could be just what the good doctor ordered; he was boosted when the winner of the debut repeated in the Grade 1 Hopeful before a wide run in the Champagne; 3 for 6 dam was sprint only as older horse; 3 of 4 siblings won including juvenile winner, 4-time route winner and over $250K earner Remit; should be right there.

Borseggiatore

Colt had the excuse of mud two back, may not have cared for the good turf course last time; one for 13 dam took a route as older runner; this is her first to race; has some things to iron out.

I'mbetterthangood

Exchange Rate about 14% with juvenile first-timers in a 264-horse study; sire took debut at 2, earned nearly $500K; dam was unraced; all 3 sibs won; top earner and full sister Lea's Exchange took debut at 2, earned over $70K; another sibling won routing; may need a race or two.

Harbor Bound

Gelding seems to be figuring it out; 2 for 3 dam was sprint only as older horse; both siblings won; one won at 2 but both were pure sprinters; he has trained forwardly here.

Captain Midnight

The Captain could be compromised by the post today; dam won at 2, was sprint only; several multiple race winners in the family; a couple won at 2 including 9-race route winner and near $400K earner Saratoga's Magic; must pick it up.

General Ike

Runner lost all chance when he broke in the air; dam was unraced; this is her first to race; needs a rebound run.

Hail to the Nile

The debut was live; the 2nd, 3rd and 4th finishers graduated next out and the winner repeated in the Grade 2 Futurity with a 94 Beyer; dam was unraced; several multiple race winners in the tree including juvenile debut winner, triple route winner and near $200K earner Youcan'ttakeme; surprise package.

Hi Speed Chase

Been given time since the pop and stop debut; dam 0 for 6; 2 of 3 sibs won, both at 2 with no route success; drill on the 20th suggests homebred is feeling pretty good about himself.

Major Darby

Must pick it up after running around the track; dam won routing, lost 6 times at 2; several multiple race winners in the tree; one cashed at 2, a couple carried speed long successfully; looking elsewhere

Hot and Dangerous

Has not raced past 6F yet; she is by a Grade 1 dirt-route sire; dam took 2-of-4 dirt routes; very-light Beyers speed figures on display when compared to the others; beat the 2-back runner-up finisher who Beyered 40 in a next-out CT-MSW win.

Clever Beauty

Huge-wakeup call when stretched out on CD dirt placed 1st to graduate; 3F-bullet workout for this and we already know she loves it in Louisville; the debut show runner Beyered 90 in a next-out BEL-MSW win; horse for the course figures as a major player here.

Prepared

Dirt is the concern leaving a high-percentage win trainer is not a good-win angle; beat the runner-up finisher from last who Beyered 61 in a next-out KEE-MSW win; the rider from the victory lands on Dream S'more; new barn is 0-for the last-12 with 2-year-old runners.

Tepin

The synthetic surface produced the win and 18-point Beyer improvement; she has not raced past 7F yet; sire only raced on turf going 0-for-3 in races at 1 Mile or longer; dam went unraced; high-percentage 2YO barn but for a 2-for-26 CD jockey-trainer combo.

Dream S'more

Has not raced past 6F yet; sire took 4 Grade 1 dirt routes; was also entered October 25 RP 8th at 10-1 morning-line odds in a 50K stakes at 6.5F on dirt; her dam won 4-of-12 dirt routes; main-track races suggest the added yardage may work out well.

Loya

Is the one to catch; she has not raced past 6F yet; sire won all 9 of his career races in sprints; dam was a stakes winner in her only dirt route at 1M; high-percentage 2-year-old trainer wins just 7% with sprint-to-route starters.

Race 10

Kwacha

Of the horses in the main body of this race, he sports the best last race Beyer Speed Figure, and both of his turf starts have been in the neighborhood of what it might take to win this; this gelding is a 1/2 to stakes winner Extensive (3-13, 198k over turf); must consider.

Hesinfront

Sire wins with approximately 20% of his turf starters and this is the first foal from a dam who was winless from four starts, including three turf starts; this is a barn and rider that team up with success and not going to be at all surprised if this son of War Front improves in his turf debut.

Dynamite Stick

His one start over turf can be viewed as being his best effort to date and like to see the route experience he gained in an off-the-turf event in his latest outing; he's out of a multiple stakes winning dam who won 7 of 43 starts for 393k, including 6 of 34 turf starts for 353k; Mena has won with 7 of 25 (28%) mounts for this barn in 2013.

Hampden Fiveone
