Catalog for Hastings sale now online

The catalog for the 2018 Hastings paddock sale of 2-year-olds in training and horses of racing age is now available online, featuring 14 entries.

The auction will take place April 14 at Hastings Racecourse in Vancouver, B.C., beginning at 1 p.m. Pacific. The sale preview, featuring timed workouts and gallops, will be held Saturday at Hastings at 1 p.m.

This year’s auction features eight juveniles, a trio of 3-year-olds, and three older horses. The entries were bred in British Columbia, Kentucky, California, Florida, and Louisiana. The catalog includes a juvenile from the first crop of Shrug as well as a 3-year-old from the debut crop of Alternation.
