Canadian Thoroughbred Horse Society Manitoba yearling sale catalog available

The catalog for the 2016 Canadian Thoroughbred Horse Society Manitoba Division yearling sale is now available online, comprising 29 entries.

The auction will be held Sunday, Aug. 21 at the Red River Exhibition Grounds in Winnipeg, Manitoba, beginning at 2:30 p.m. Central.

Graduates are eligible for the $30,000 (Canadian) CTHS Sales Stakes, which is open to Canadian-bred 2-year-olds who went through a CTHS sale in Manitoba, Alberta, or British Columbia. Alumni of the Manitoba sale are also eligible for CTHS Sales Stakes in other provinces, with additional fees.

All but two of the sale’s entries are Manitoba-breds, with the outliers hailing from Ontario.
