Last 3 Beyers: 74-72-58
◗ She is the most accomplished of the Calhoun trainees, having won the $50,000 Bara Lass at Sam Houston in her last start March 10. ◗ Kat’s Infatuation invades from Lone Star Park, where she worked a bullet half-mile in 47 seconds on April 1. The move was the fastest of 82 at the distance there that morning.
◗ Diego Saenz has the mount from post 4 for owners Wayne Sanders and Larry Hirsch.
Shamrock Star, by Star Guitar
Beyers: 66-71
◗ She is undefeated in two starts, both against Louisiana-breds at Fair Grounds. She won a maiden special weight and an allowance by a combined nine lengths.
◗ Colby Hernandez has the mount from post 11 for owner Carl Moore.
Splash Hit, by Flower Alley
Last 3 Beyers: 81-0-57
◗ She owns the field’s best career Beyer Speed Figure, an 81 earned for her nine-length victory in a conditioned allowance March 1 at Delta.
